They've been really professional with me from start to finish while being really friendly at the same time. Everything was explained in detail beforehand and everything has happened as they said in the timeframe they said it would, from what would happen on the day, to recovery time, how long the swelling would last, how long the scabs take to fall off, how long before I started to see growth, how it would progress from month to month, all been spot on. I'm now at month 9, just had a review and the results are great, it's all come through in time for my wedding at the end of September. I've already had a couple of friends ask where I got it done, so I think they'll be getting some more business very soon

Everyone from the clinic has been very friendly and professional to deal with, they've kept in contact after surgery and been checking up on me monthly to make sure the new hair has been progressing. Short answer is it has - 9 months down the line it looks great. Very happy I found this place and have recommended them to a couple of mates already

Great clinic, they've done really good work with my hair line. I had 2000 grafts to strengthen it and bring it forward to where it was in my 20's. It looks so much better, I was expecting a change but didn't appreciate just how much younger it's made me look and my wife loves it too thankfully! It hurt a lot less than expected after reading some online comments, just a little swelling and a few days rest, then a few months before it started to grow, and it hasn't stopped since. Very pleased. 5 star service.

I had a beard transplant with Dr Mir late last year, it's taken a while to grow through fully, but now looks great. All the patchiness has gone and the shape is much better. Great Job, highly recommend both the surgeon and the clinic 👍

Very friendly knowledgeable people who spent a long time diagnosing the reasons for my hair loss. Unfortunately I was not medically suitable for a hair transplant, but they diagnosed the condition on a video consultation that my GP had completely missed, and sent me back to my GP with the information that got me a medication I needed from the NHS without having to go private, and didn't even charge me for it!

Very happy with how I've been looked after by the clinic, I've been checked in on monthly and sending them my progress photos, and the results are getting better and better as time goes on. I can't wait to see how it looks at the end of it, but so far it looks great. The surgery day and the week recovering after was a bit of a chore but everything was explained very well beforehand, and totally worth doing to get these results. For other people thinking of doing it I can only say go for it, for the money it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

I was so nervous before my surgery with Dr Alosert but it turns out I needn't have been, it wasn't painful at all, the nurses were really lovely with me and despite surgery taking most of the day it was really simple to listen to music on my phone while they were operating. It took a few months before I started seeing the new hairs grow, and I was told it would take a full year before I got the final result. I'm 6 months in now and already it's looking much better. Overall the clinic was sensibly priced compared to some other places, very professional and has followed up with me every month to see how it's going.

I had 3000 grafts at the Manchester clinic in January and it's been one of the best things I've done, the clinic was really professional, friendly staff and Dr Munir is great (even if he did talk at 100 miles an hour! 😂) The day went really well, pain free and recovery was simple, just waiting about a week for the grafts to heal and the little scabs come off. The new hair seems to be coming through more and more every month, and it's clear the new hairline the surgeon chose was just right. Can't wait to see the final result as it's already looking great. I've recommended them to a few friends already, definitely worth it for anyone thinking about it

The surgery was simple to book and went smoothly, I needed about a week to recover after, and then it's been just some regular check-ins as the new hair has slowly got thicker and thicker. Excellent clinic, I did a lot or research beforehand on the Harrow clinic, checked their CQC rating which was good, and had a chat with both the surgeon and the trichologist, they were very honest in their assessment, didn't try to sell anything and if anything downplayed the results instead of promising miracles. My results have actually been better than originally discussed - a year down the line no sign of my balding crown, and my self confidence has shot up. Aftercare and follow up appointments have been available whenever I have asked, and you can tell they are proud of their work. Really happy to give them a 5 star review as they've definitely earned it.

When I was looking for a clinic, I wanted a reputable place in the UK that I could trust, that did really good work, but without paying a fortune. Thankfully 6 months down the line it's exactly what I got with this place. Everything was really professionally handled, the consultation wasn't with a sales person but a proper medical professional, there was no rushing me and went into a lot of detail about what realistic expectations would be, and talked through other non surgical options in case having surgery wasn't right for me. During the day itself the nurses were all really friendly, the hair line design was perfect for me, and the after care in the 2 weeks following answered Al my questions. I've been regularly sending in my update photos monthly and you can see the progression with it getting thicker and thicker. I'm only 6 months in but it's already looking great. So pleased I made the decision to go for it and would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of improving their hair

Dr Munir did great work designing my hairline and the nurses and other staff were really welcoming, and months down the line my hairline is now back to how it was in my 20's. Overall a nice clinic who looked after me and had sensible prices without needing to go to Turkey.
