We recently had Mike West and his team install our new bathroom, and we are beyond thrilled with the results! From the moment they started, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They meticulously protected our home's flooring and maintained an incredibly tidy workspace, cleaning up diligently throughout the day, not just at the end. Mike was a fantastic communicator. He consistently offered valuable tips and advice, clearly explained each stage of the installation, and provided daily updates on progress and next steps. He also made sure to check in with us daily to confirm our satisfaction. What also impressed us was their ability to proactively problem-solve any unexpected issues, handling them seamlessly without any stress on our part. Mike even took care of liaising with and collecting all the supplies from the supplier, which was a massive convenience. Every member of Mike's team did an excellent job, completing the work to an incredibly high standard. Their dedication to quality and attention to detail truly shines through in the finished bathroom. We particularly want to commend Dan for his exceptional work – he's a real asset to the business. We absolutely love our new bathroom and honestly couldn't have wished for a better outcome. Based on our experience in Llanelli, we would highly recommend Mike West for any plumbing or bathroom installation needs, and we would certainly welcome him back for future projects.

Highly recommend Mike West and his team, they took away all the stress of having a bathroom totally redone. Great communication throughout the 2 weeks of renovation. Very informative of what had to be done at each stage. Mats laid from back door to bathroom to protect my carpet and flooring. All waste taken away. Work completed to a very high standard. Mike West sets the standard high for what Trades men should be. Hard working, respectable, attention to detail, informative and friendly. Very happy with the end result of a stunning bathroom and also to Tyle and Bath co Dafen for their help in ordering what we needed and storing the items until Mike needed them.

Mike and team recently renovated my bathrooms to a very high standard. From the start of the process they listened to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done exactly as I wanted it to be. They kept me informed as to what was going to happen during each step of the process. They always arrived on time and were professional and respectful of my property. They left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Mike, Dan and Cory as they have all done a fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Mike and team did a fantastic job of installing a gas boiler to our property. It was replacing an oil boiler and was a big job. Mike was excellent throughout. He provided advice on the process and was clear - explaining everything really well. The job was done quickly and expertly and the house left in a clean and tidy fashion. We are delighted by the work and would thoroughly recommend him.
