I’ve been bringing my cherished Volvo V70 to Mountain View for years and they have consistently provided great service, got it done quickly, and charged appropriately. They are easy to work with and Alyssa is fantastic in getting you scheduled and helping with parts. I’ll be bringing all future vehicles to Mountain View!
I have been using Mt View Imports for years now and was initially attracted by Yelp reviews; but I have stayed because the owners are a local business and they it give 100%. They make time for me even on the busiest days and I believe the work is top notch and priced very fairly. The staff have all been friendly and polite and easy to talk to. They are good at explaining mechanics. I highly recommend them.
Addendum 12/2025: Still working with the fine staff and mechanics here and I continue to be impressed by their dedication and friendly, easy going manner. So far, they have been able to help me every time with three different vehicles and it is much appreciated!

If you need an honest shop to work on your vehicle this is the one. John and his staff treated me like family. They were able to find the issues with my truck and fix them at a reasonable price. All through the process from beginning to end they communicated with me and explained my options at every step of the way before going forward with repairs. I highly recommend them.

Hugh, and now both his sons have been our mechanics since my son had his first Audi. They now take care of both of our BMW's (oldest and newest) with the utmost care, while doing their best to keep costs down. Always fair honest and contentious.
