I've been going to Musicstreet now for many years even before Tony had it, have bought several guitars, amplifiers, effects pedals, the lot, I bought an Ibanez early this year although they didn't stock them, Tony got it in special for me, last purchace was a Tommy Emmanuel acoustic. Keep going back because I trust them also they will price match with other stores. Good crew, thankyou.

At the age of over 70 I've been into plenty of music shops and had so many disinterested sales staff trying to flog me anything they can. Musicstreet were refreshingly different. I went in with a mate to get an amp for him. When asked if I could be helped I said I was looking for an amp with good mid tones, with a warm rounded sound. The guy immediately pointed to a cardboard box and said that's what you want. We asked if we could try it out, no problem, it was duly put in front of us. My mate picked a strat copy off the shelves and wow! the tone was incredible. It was a Blackstar ID X 50. Very versatile with great crisp tones but all the crunch you need for heavier stuff. At under £300 it seemed a great deal. So much so we bought 2, one each and I hadn't even thought about buying an amp myself. Thanks guys for all your help. Pity I live such a long way away.
So very friendly and helpful. I don't know anything about guitars but these guys do. If you need anything then I would highly recommend musicstreet
