Love it !! I love the convenience of having so many mushrooms in one extract. And I love the way I feel when I take them. I add it to my morning shake every day. The only minus is that it’s hard to know exactly how much one portion is as the extract is so dark. Sometimes I think the dropper is full but it was just a tiny bit in it so I take more and not sure how much it ended up being 😝 So if I could get tips on how to properly measure that would be appreciated ❤️

Proved me wrong :) I'll be totally honest, I've tried many. Big names and all and was so disappointed. But I thought I'd give Mushify a try and give up on these. But, from the outset this just hit different, tasted different, looks different and texture was different. Earthy, natural and oh such a difference. I have less brain fog, have added it them ritually to my daily routine and am excited to try their other products. 10/10 keep up the great quality!

Brain Boost Buying Experience Whilst I have only just received the product, I can’t speak to how it works yet. But I can speak on packaging and speed of delivery. Packaging was awesome. Product was wrapped up snug as a bug. The addition of a compostable zero waste mailer, that I can reuse or compost is a wonderful idea. Delivery was very fast, having purchased 12th April and receiving today 14th. I shall be back in the near future to let you know what the product Brain Boost does for me

I was sent a faulty product and for some reason the lid on the bottle was fused shut. I won’t go through what was suggested to me, for ME to fix it and why after 15 emails I’m still stuck with a product that clearly is no use to me. But Mushify, in their infinite wisdom, have decided to keep my money, not replace the faulty bottle and now are currently ghosting me. All I ask is that either refund my money or give me what I have paid for. Not too much to ask I don’t think. I thought it was straight forward. Whatever Mushify decides to do, they just need to get on with it and stop stalling. Whatever the outcome. Something needs to drastically happen if I consider dealing with this company ever again in the future. Customer service is non existent

I have not ghosted you, I have been emailing you constantly, offering solutions, every single day.

I sent my last email on 6th Jan, to which you never replied until 11th Jan. I then replied, and you only finally replied to us again 17 days later on Jan 28th. We did not ghost you, it was the other way around.

I offered to replace your product you were unable to open, and have even process a refund for it and cancelled your subscription for you.

I have done everything I can to help, be nice, and sort it out for you, but it is still not enough, even after giving you a refund.
We are unable to replace the product you can’t open because we are entirely sold out.
Before we sold out, I did even offer you multiple times to send you a bottle I had loosened for you so you’d be able to open it.
