I had extreme pain from sciatica this past summer. The treatment helped reduce the pain and duration. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They provide videos of exercises that are easy to follow. They listen to you. Really listen. Then provide treatment that fits you.

I would recommend Muscle & Spine to anyone looking for clinic that is thorough, thoughtful and accommodating. Dr. Martynuik and Nikol have been very helpful and communicative during the whole process. I came in with a back and leg tightness from a soccer injury. Dr. Martynuik did a thorough assessment and developed a treatment plan that has been a great success. My range of motion has increased and the pain and tightness has been resolved.

I have to say Muscle & Spine have thee most amazing people. I have had so much support and care in the years I've been going to see them. Mack has been my go to guy and he has eliminated a lot of pain and stiffness before spinal surgery and has helped with recovery after. The Physio App is a huge help, you can work along with them which makes it much easier to do it correctly. With one more surgery to go I will definitely continue going their as I know they'll have my BACK. ;)

Since starting care here, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mobility and a reduction in pain. I’m able to move and go about my days much more easily now. I highly recommend Muscle and Spine. Dr. Mack Gingerich is very knowledgeable and professional. He is patient and kind. He listens and explains clearly. He diagnosed the reason for my lower back pain and formulated a treatment plan to meet my needs. Nikol at the desk is friendly and helpful. As I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, gentle decompression of my lower lumbar spine plus exercises to improve and strengthen the muscles in my back, hips, legs and core was recommended to relieve the pain and improve my mobility. The result has been improved mobility and a 90% reduction in pain.

Dr Mack Gingerich is knowledgeable, friendly and comfortable to work with. I find the mix of hands on treatment & spinal decompression has helped stabilize my lower back pain so that I can do more before a flare up and when I do push it I recover faster. I have reduced my use of anti-inflammatory drugs and find my daily activities much more manageable. I also liked the free app they provided where he adds stretching & exercises specific to my needs. The videos are very detailed and allow for adaptions based on how I’m feeling that day. I highly recommend for anyone dealing with acute or chronic back pain!

On June 10, 2025, l came to see Dr Adam Martynuik. I was having back pain issues, difficulty walking, standing straight, sleeping, just trying to get comfortable with this lower back pain! After a few visit with Dr Adam Martynuik I was walking tall not bent over, sleeping much better and the pain had subsided! With the help of Nikol the receptionist we worked together to make appointments that worked with my Schedule. Thank you Dr Adam Martynuik for helping me be pain free!
