Waste of time - they take details of the building you want - lose those request them again and then say we can’t build it - time wasters

This is the third building that Murray Steel Buildings have supplied and erected for us at the Midland Air Museum. The design, logistics and build team are very helpful and great to work with. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a new building.

I spent days trying to obtain costs for our steel building, of all the companies we talked to Murray Steel Buildings were by a long way the most helpful and knowledgeable. Our building was erected in late 2023, weather wasn’t great but the build team fought against the elements to complete our installation within 5 days! Genuinely can’t recommend these guys enough, clear communication and superior service! Happy customer 😀

I should have written this review a year ago really when my building was first completed and I was so happy with it, sadly I never got around to it which is my bad. What has prompted me to do it now is that I have just a small issue that needed resolving and often this is where companies fail, but not these guys though I'm delighted to say. Louise has been super efficient, my small issue was dealt with quickly, politely and professionally and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a steel building like mine, which I love I have to say. Well done Murray Team and thank you.

Absolutely superb! I’ve never had a building of any kind built before, but Murray Steel Buildings were great throughout. From helping me turn my conceptual ideas into a detailed design, optimising the footings design with my groundworks contractor, being flexible in delivery of the components, everything was flawless and I’m very satisfied with the finished product.

Would highly recommend Murray Steel for Industrial buildings. Quality product at the right price. Good communication from Peter, Louise and the team throughout. I have found them to be responsive and accommodating to requests and a dependable supplier and installation contractor.

I first contacted MSB in late 2021 about a new building, Peter and Louise have been my points of contact since. The building arrived exactly as planned, right at the front of the initial eta window. Due to personal reasons I wasn't able to begin construction for a year, but upon contacting MSB and explaining it was as if I'd waited a day to let them know I was ready. A video meeting with helpful tips for building was quickly booked and attended. My emails are always replied to very quickly, often immediately and every query is answered without being made to feel like an idiot for asking. The building has gone up without issue, everything has been well finished and perfectly sized. I'd gladly recommend MSB to anyone considering a steel building, the customer service has been second to none and the building is spot on.
