⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having worked alongside Murrant Family Funeral Service for almost two years, I’ve always known the dedication, care, and professionalism that goes into every service. However, experiencing it from the other side as a family member saying goodbye to someone so close to me has given me a whole new level of appreciation and pride for what we do. The funeral for my uncle was handled with such dignity, compassion, and attention to detail that I couldn’t have hoped for a more fitting farewell. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and respectfully, allowing our family to focus on remembering and celebrating James life. The care and empathy extended to my own family has meant the world to me, It reminded me why I am so proud to be part of this profession and this team. Thank you to everyone at Murrant Family Funeral Service for providing such a beautiful and dignified service both as a colleague, friend and as a family member, I am truly grateful.

Following the passing of my mum, we suffered poor treatment from a large corporate undertaker. I contacted Murrant's Family funeral Services explained my experiences and asked them to collect mum for us. They were exceptional in every signal way, everything we wanted was provided, they treated us with genuine care and understanding at such a difficult time. Jen is an amazing funeral director and a person who's heart is work on their sleeve. Every process is explained in great detail so there is no confusion in the what do we do next scenario. When we lost our darling Grandson, Jen and her team guided us through our emotions every step of the way. Jen went above and beyond to look after Connor the way his Mum, my daughter wanted. We are so appreciative of the attention to detail they provided with such professionalism yet empathetically comforting. We can not thank them enough for the support and service provided during our darkest days. Mike Murrant gave Connor the best celebrant service that made us smile and laugh through our tears.

Outstanding team 💜 At the worst possible time in our families lives we had the great pleasure of Jen, Mike, Charlotte and the rest of the team. They took great care of my son, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for anyone better to do best for my boy. No question was to big or small. They attended to our every need. With great care and dedication. Jen went far and beyond. We received all the reassurance we needed whenever we needed. Day and night including weekends. When they say 24/7 days a week they really mean it. I couldn't of asked for anyone better for my son. Highly recommended. Fully dedicated to there job. Now my extended family for forever.

Extremely Grateful I am not from the local area and found myself having to book my Dad's funeral in Norfolk after his sudden passing. I am so pleased we found Jen and the team at Murrant's. From the moment we walked in Jen made us feel really comfortable and she was extremely compassionate about our situation with our Dad. Jen explained everything to us, touch and checked in with us from the time of booking the funeral to weeks after. Nothing was too much for Jen and I felt she really went over and above with me and my Sister, which was very appreciated. Jen made an effort to talk to our children after the service and which made it even more personal to us. My daughter till this day speaks about the hat rule being different for male and female funeral directors! Thanks Again Jen and the Team x
