I started with the app Runna for my first marathon , 5 run days , I struggled when I had to change something around with no personalisation and no feed back at all, just hoping I was going in the right direction. I bit the bullet and invested with Ed for my second one , having one less run day 4 total , and achieving a big goal to go sub 3.30 marathon Absolutely stoked to achieve my goal time for the marathon, and a bit better ! With the help and expertise of Ed , he was so easy to talk to about changing anything that wouldn’t work but he would make it work to my lifestyle.It was challenging but achievable with self satisfaction after every session working towards our main goal. His feed back and constantly asking how the sessions were so he could adapt to my individual needs. I would highly recommend a training program if you have your eyes set on a goal you’ve been chasing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a result of Ed’s coaching I achieved the 2 running goals that I set for this year. Ed took the guesswork out of training - the program was easy to access on my phone and in my emails, and sessions were there on my watch each day. The program kept me accountable, challenged and motivated. Ed checked in regularly to see how I was going, and was flexible when my sometimes hectic life got in the way. I highly recommend MultiSport Me!!

I got in contact with multisportme after being unable to run more than 10 minutes properly due to an ITB syndrome issue that had impacted me for 4-6months. Ed provided me with a person specific return to running program and accompanied cueing drills plus being a physio he provided me with a strength based exercise program. It got me back running 5k comfortably in 1 month. From there he built my training load progressively towards a race goal of half marathon over a 6 month period. I completed the half in my goal time a few weeks ago and am stoked with how i progressed. If you need help returning to running after nagging injuries or are looking to hit a PB in a race i would Highly recommend Ed at Multisportme

Ed helped us train for our first marathon by providing a practical and detailed weekly running program. We felt so much more prepared and confident knowing we were following a training program, and Ed was so helpful with all our questions. The program meant that the training was a positive and rewarding experience, and we completed the marathon without any major injuries because we had prepared properly. Thanks legend!!

Been with Ed for the last 18 months . I primarily compete in longer distance triathlon and have had a great experience with his coaching program. As a farmer I have limited time and have found that the program has been tailored to my needs. I have had vast improvement in my results and overall enjoyment of the 3 sports . Program’s are easy to follow as they sync well with my Garmin devices so I can just think about myself and maximise my time

I signed up for a personalised running program with MultisportMe to run my first half marathon. With Ed’s help, I was able to run my race in a time that was faster than I expected. The training program was suited to my lifestyle and allowed me to continue running with my local running group. I have been with MultisportMe for several years now. Ed is always positive and super supportive. His knowledge and smart approach to training has been the key to me regaining my fitness post surgery. I’m now well on my way to my first Marathon. Prior to this, Ed coached me to an age group series win in the Riverina Tri Series. My personalised training sessions are all linked, via the Today’s Plan app, to my Garmin watch, so all I have to do is run, so easy.

Ed has been my triathlon coach for 3 years. Since becoming apart of Multisport Me I have excelled in triathlon and aquathon events around Australia. The training is structured and always fits in with my lifestyle. My MultisportMe program is individualised to what I need to improve on, but is always flexible if I want to train in a group or with other local athletes.

Ed is a highly knowledgable and professional running and triathlon coach. I'd been doing triathlons and distance running on and off for about 10 years trying various programs and clubs before I signed on with MultisportMe. In the past 12 months I have hit PBs in the half marathon and the 70.3 distance and I put it down entirely to Ed's carefully tailored and intelligently programmed workouts. I always feel ready for the next session and he's always available for a chat and ready to adjust the program as needed. His pre and post race briefings are extremely useful and you always feel like he has time for you. I had several issues with work and travel over my time training with Ed and he has always been incredibly flexible and understanding. If you want to achieve your potential and work with a professional coach that can tailor a program to fit your life, this is the guy.
