We chose Ryan (Mulberries) to help with selling our house, because we felt that he was very honest from the outset. We trusted him with his marketing tactic even though it was not something we were familiar with, and it worked! Our house was under offer within 2 days and he did what he promised. A personal service throughout and we would reccomend him to anyone.

We used Mulburries as they were recommended to us by a friend. They came around the day we called them and we were online within 48 hours with great photos and a floor plan. That weekend we were sold! I’ve since referred them two other friends who are also now sold! They are new, they are passionate about what they do, honest and really competitively priced for what they do. We will use them again for sure, but hopefully won’t be moving for years! Thanks Mulburries for an easy move! Special mention to Ryan & Ross also who must have wanted to block my number towards the end with my constant need for updates! Was always professional and came back to me every time to keep me calm! A* service!!

I was looking for a property to buy in Hemel Hempstead and Ryan advised me on proprieties that would make a good investment. Once I found a property he found us a tenant at asking price who was ready to move in the day the renovations finished. Throughout the whole process he was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Our experience using Ryan from Mulburries, was very disappointing. He confirmed a booking with us to view the property (2 Argus Gardens Hemel Hempstead for today at 12noon, both by email and text. Then did not bother to show up or call to explain why he was not attending. Luckily for us the owners were there and allowed us to enter the property to view a very nice couple. After the owner made contact with Ryan, he then was very dishonest and said that he sent me an email cancelling luckily for me I had proof that I was able to show the Landlord. Ryan told the landlord he was going to call me in 10mins. The time is now 15:24pm and he has still not called to even apologies for what was clearly his mess up. For someone starting out in business that is very poor of you and not a good representation on your company. So not an Estate Agent to use at all going forward, He demonstrated today how little he values Customer Service, and clearly lacks basic manners and how to treat people regardless of their Ethnicity.

Used Mulberries to advertise my rental portfolio, was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the quality of service given by Ryan. I had a block of flats i needed to sell and he took them on too! Buyers completed quickly at the prices I wanted. He kept me in the loop about everything and went above and beyond for the Sellers and Buyers in order to secure the deal. Looking forward to working with you in the future ;)

Ryan walked me through my first ever letting, explaining everything I needed to know about the current state of the market and instructing me about my options. He being very professional and friendly with us, it was the first time when someone understood our needs. I highly recommended he’s agency and him as your next letting estate agent.

High standards and ethics, good value for the money The critical difference between Mulberries Estate agency and other agencies is the personal touch of Ryan which he provides during and after the property viewing. It helps in making up the buyer’s mind. Other agents treat the property viewing as a mechanical exercise and send their fresh graduates. The latter lack information about the area, property, and surroundings—the result of it, loss of a lead. Mulberries treats every lead with great attention, which gives due attention to the buyer and, in turn, closes the sale faster. Therefore sellers also get comfort. Mulberries charges are very reasonable. All in all it's a value for the money. I am a satisfied customer and for sure will be a repeat customer for Mulberries.
