Kevin Pelky was trying to set me up on a refi. On the surface it sounded good. It would cut my interest rate from 6.625 to 5.499, sounds good until you crunch the real numbers Though what he did not tell me was I would owe almost $10,000 more on my loan, which would be his closing costs. I would only get $30 more going to my principle, with no other financial benefit, other than getting to pay my taxes, homeowners insurance, and pmi out of my pocket each year instead of putting it in escrow. Plus it would take me almost 5 YEARS, just to get my loan balance down to where it is now. I recommend NOBODY do business with Kevin Pelky with Mortgage Pros, he will screw you over, while making you think he is helping you. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!
