Be careful DONT USE MORTGAGE PROS they are extremely friendly and tell you what you want to hear but after you close everything they promise goes out the window my agent Andrew Garmo told me the I would get my appraisal payment returned to me he also told me I wouldn’t have to make my first payment for 2 months which were both lies I closed oct 27 and received my first bill due on dec 1, they also did not refund my 860 for the appraisal. After repeated attempts to contact him to try and resolve my issues he always had a excuse why he couldn’t talk until he just stop pick up my calls or text me back don’t trust a word they tell you

These are the types of brokers who give mortgage a bad reputation. Here's why ... They called me a few times so I answered. When I did, nobody spoke for 30s after repeated "hello" from me. They then hung up. I called back to see who was calling and someone named Devin answered. He said he was from Rocket Mortgage (which was a lie) in an apparent attempt to mislead me. I asked for his NMLS to confirm and he hung up. Scam. I called back again as maybe it was an accident but was hung up a second time. I never gave them my information nor gave consent for this company specifically to reach out to me which is the least concerning aspect of the interaction.
