I chatted with their salesman who told me that if I upgraded to the ultimate kit ($500USD) I would be able to get the keylogging feature without having to jailbreak my child's phone. I asked him several times about this because I didn't want to jailbreak the phone, and he assured me several times that if I upgraded to the ultimate kit there would be no jailbreaking involved to get the keylogging feature. After I purchased it and saw that the keylogging feature did not work, I let their management and billing departments know about the deceptive salesman, since they could see the chat logs, but they just kept saying that I should have known I wouldn't be able to have keylogging without the jailbreaking of the phone, even when they saw the chat logs showing their salesman lied to me repeatedly. They kept saying I should have known the salesman was wrong.

I was looking into getting MSpy or bark to monitor my kids phones. I had a chat with someone from MSpy because bark you have to have a computer to monitor everything. So I made sure I didn't have to have a computer that I could do everything from my phone. The guy I spoke with told me I could use all the features from my phone. I ended up going with them and paid over $350. Come to find out you can't do everything from your phone. All you can do is track them and see just the phone numbers they call and text. You cannot actually see the text. Which I was told you could. Now they are refusing to give my money back so I'm out $350+. My Verizon family does all of that for $4.99 a month. They are ripping people off. And you can't do most of the things even with a computer for an iPhone only an android. Save your money! It's not worth it. And they will NOT give your money back if you are unhappy with the service!
