Great experience purchasing furniture. The quality was exactly as described and very good for the price. Delivery to Parramatta was smooth and well organised, the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. The whole process from ordering to delivery was easy and hassle free. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend.

Such a bang for your buck! We recently purchased all our flat pack wardrobes and pantry cabinets from here. I was surprised on the amazing quality and prices. Quick to take your money. Item never arrived on time. No communication from MS Direct. Hung up on all my calls and didn’t respond to my emails. Now online status telling me item is out of stock. Now fighting through credit card company to get a refund. Avoid this cowboy company. Adding to your response below please be transparent and post all your contact numbers and emails for customers to this message as the contact us link on your website doesn’t work. Just be transparent to your customers. Btw you have my order number because you have already called me threatening me with legal action for leaving a bad (but frank) review.

We offer multiple contact methods including phone, WhatsApp, all major social media platforms, email (listed on our website), and our contact form, and there are no open orders or claims under your name. I can assure you this is not the kind of experience we provide at our store. If you purchased from us and an item was unavailable, it would have been refunded or placed on backorder, according to your preference at the time of ordering. Any refunds are processed according to our refund policy (available on our website) within the specified processing timeframe. We don’t hold our customers' money, and we are committed to resolving any concerns. Quite possible this may be an experience elsewhere. If you have an order number or more details, we’d be happy to investigate further.
I previously ordered a double pantry cupboard and this time I ordered a single one. The cupboards are of fantastic quality and a really great price too. Delivery for these was free and only took a couple of days. I am really pleased with my experience and highly recommend.
