Great experience from the initial call to the installation. Would absolutely recommend, installer did a great job working in very cold weather, did not matter to him, super friendly. I heated up my garage and made him some coffee- It was great to have such a great experience and be able to get it done quickly so we could use our garage during this cold weather. Even did a free repair of my existing door so we could use garage until new door arrived. Thank you !!

Brendan is the kind of technician that you hope and wish for when the normal ups and downs of your garage door have gone terribly wrong! Brendan has a wonderful "doorside manner" with the customer, and is highly knowledgeable. Quickly assessed what had gone wrong with our door, and presented several options for fix from "just enough" to make the door functional again, to "replace all of the parts." No pressure for which to choose. Completed the service in less than predicted time! Even helped me move the riding mower out of the way and put it back at the end of the service. Price was more than fair for the amount of work done, and now we are good to go for a long time of smooth ups and downs! Thank you to Mr. Spring, Brendan, and the whole crew for helping us so quickly with a broken door in sub zero temps! Very much appreciated!

I backed into my garage door and damaged it. It would not go up/down and it was December and cold. I called at 7:30pm and they lined to have someone come out at 8am the next morning to fix the garage. It was pretty damaged. The service technician was Brenden. He did an awesome job and was able to get it all fixed up in about an hour and half. He was very professional and great to work with! I would highly recommend using this company!
