After 11 years, our unreliable gas hot water system finally gave up, leaving us without hot water for a few days. Thankfully, Mr Splash came to the rescue! Nick came out the same day to provide a quote, and nothing was too much trouble. From the very beginning, the experience felt personal rather than transactional. I was so comfortable with their honesty and professionalism that I paid upfront rather than just the deposit. Nick and Ethan arrived the next morning and got straight to work. Not only did they install our new hot water system, but they also went above and beyond by fitting a new shower head and toilet seat that had been sitting in our garage for 12 months because hubby hadn’t quite figured out how to install them! A huge thank you to Nick for your honesty, prompt service and willingness to go that extra mile. Patient, thorough, and skilled Isaac completed a full investigation of our old terracotta plumbing and isolated the specific issue, while also identifying some important bits to fix that would've ended up catching us down the line. We ended up replacing a section of plumbing with some new PVC which smartly included an inspection port, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Would highly recommend Isaac for all of your complex issues; he will make sure you fully understand what is going on and work with you from start to end.

Unhappy customer The sewer blockage they supposedly resolved returned after just two weeks, which was very frustrating. Although they offered to revisit, I declined as I couldn’t supervise, and their service had already left me doubtful. On top of that, they suggested an $18,000 solution for an issue that other plumbers have easily handled in minutes before. This recurring problem has been managed yearly for a decade without such excessive quotes. I cannot recommend their services when there are far more reliable options available.

We had a main blockage in the pipeline to our grease trap for our commercial kitchen premises. Isaac was the plumber who came out, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. We had the issue fixed quickly and cleanly, which is important for us as a commercial kitchen. Would definitely recommend their services especially in a pinch!
