Absolutely an excellent book shop, wide range of black library books all at very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend!

A fantastic place to spend an hour. Very friendly staff, centrally-located, great selection/ variety of books; old and new, good prices; well laid out. It was raining when we visited and it was just a lovely, no-pressure, comfortable place to wander and browse in. The price on the book I bought - Malamud's The Natural - wasn't clear and the guy behind the till gave it to me at the cheapest possible price. You wouldn't get that on Amazon. So: well worth a visit. My partner - delighted by the choice and price - found a load of future reads. Positively will be back when next in Scarborough.
