I was impressed from the word go with the friendly service I received from Mr Scan. I missed the Christmas booking deadline but they still accmmodated my request and it is ready for me well in time. On collection I asked for an extra service on my order which was carried out immediately for me. So glad I found these Guys - friendly, efficient and rasonably priced.

I would like to express my huge gratitude to the team for working on my archive. The work was carried out very efficiently. The digitisation of 367 negatives took just under three weeks, which is a brilliant turnaround time for such a volume. Technically, the digitisation quality is very high. The biggest advantage is the pristine cleanliness of the scans (5/5), which indicates the use of professional equipment with hardware cleaning. There is no dust, scratches, or lint, even on old 90s film. The source files for further work are immaculate. The scanner also handled the detail well, preserving the natural film grain. The communication with the staff was polite, and all information was provided quickly and clearly. Overall, I recommend the company for their speed, clean source files, and politeness. Just be prepared to carry out the colour work yourself.

JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER BACK & AM BOTH PLEASED & RELIEVED! I WAS VERY HESITANT TO SEND SO MANY APS FILMS IN THE POST NOT KNOWING WHAT QUALITY THE IMAGES WOULD BE ONCE DIGITISED. It took a few weeks for the results of my scan to be sent but it was worth the wait! A 50 year old Super 8mm film of our wedding was scanned and the results were excellent, certainly the best that that old format could deliver. I've now made a DVD using the scan of the film so that we now have a permanent record of this important event in our lives. Very happy indeed with MrScan's service.

I had negatives from 30 years ago of our first born son. I have always wanted to have them on a digital format but very anxious as they are so very precious. Mr Scan, Stuart and Rob, were brilliant answering my email extremely promptly and alleviating my concerns. The service was very quick and professional. The digital images are prefect, bright and crisp. Should have had the confidence to do it years ago. I am very happy. Now I have digital images on a USB stick my old photos that are sun damaged can be replaced time and time again. The service from Stuart and Rob at Mr Scan I highly recommend.

The process for ordering digital media transfer from VHS to cloud was very easy, and the procedure was clearly explained. The website is really good, and simple to navigate. I’m very glad I found Mr Scan. They have recently scanned 5 of my old APS films into 10MB digital files, and the images are highly professional scans. The process of sending the APS films to them was very simple to follow, and I received an acknowledgment from Mr Scan when my package arrived with them. I will definitely use them again 👍😁
