We bought a motorhome, and have had a great experience with Paul and Chris. We have had some minor issues which is to be expected on a 14 year old motorhome. The urgent one was resolved promptly and the other ones were booked into an excellent sub contractor, who we couldn’t fault. I believe the sale is the easy bit but it’s how companies deal with any issues that speaks volumes and we cannot fault Mr Motorhome - we would definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd vehicle in 10 years I have bought from Paul at Mr Motorhome. On both occasions I thought Paul was professional and courteous and allowed time alone to be able to look around the vehicles making sure that the vehicle is the right one for us even if it took a few visit like we did. Before picking up the vehicle I was shown how things work and considering my previous vehicle was a campervan this was a major step up and required a lot more information passing on. Hopefully this vehicle will give us as much pleasure as our last one.

I saw a car on Mr Motorhome website, myself and my husband and I visited them, we were pleased and impressed with their customer service.
Due to a family emergency that happened to me, Mr Motorhome allowed me more time, even reserved the car for me what no other traders would do.
I did much appreciate that.
The car was as advertised!!!!
We didn't just went home with car but with an extra of 🍾

Mr motorhome is brilliant! We had a speedometer problem and an electric hook up problem. From first inspecting our motorhome to ordering the part, and doing the job, fabulous customer service. Kept us regularly informed on the order and arrival of the parts and fitted them both in a day. Thank you all, Thunderbirds are go!!

Needing to have some major damp work and a split in back bumper done on my Elldis auto 255 was a huge worry, as you motorhome owners know getting someone trust worthy to do it is a major concern,
but i can write this review with full of confidence that Mr Motorhome is the best company i have come across. The work was carried out to the full experience and expertise you would want.
After visiting to view the work done, i was so pleased i then asked Chris and Paul for a full review on what was need to be done on my MH, i was given fantastic price on new tyres and batteries, with a full gas check with certification given,
I will be booking in every year with confidence that my MH is well looked after for many years of travel. Not very often a woman can say she was not ripped off at a garage , only work that was needed was done. a huge thank you to Paul and Chris.

We purchased a motorhome from Paul. The whole process from start to us collecting the motorhome was excellent.
Paul and his team has a wealth of knowledge which my husband was grateful for, for me personally it was all about the care and attention both he and his staff gave us. Nothing was to much trouble and they “LISTENED” and gave the answers to our questions.
If I could give 10 stars I would. My overall impression of Paul is good old fashioned service, his hand shake and word is his bond, a rare commodity these days.

We purchased a caravan from Paul at Mr Motorhome in July this year.
We were dealt with in a most professional manner during the sale and on pick up day received a full demonstration on all the workings. Being novice caravan owners this was invaluable.
After 2 weeks we discovered an issue and informed Paul who dealt with the problem very swiftly and even arranged pick up of the caravan back to the workshop, a hundred mile round trip that day!!
His professionalism is second to none we would highly recommend Mr Motorhome.

Very disappointed with Paul, i started to serve my apprenticeship in 1972. I did a 5yr apprenticeship, passed my
city & guilds. During the following years i became an mot inspector. I was about to buy an older van off him. He seems to say all the right things except for he didnt want me to take the van away and do my own mot. As there was some chassis corrosion which had been rectified i wanted to check it for myself, he wanted to send it to his garage for ANOTHER mot & pay for it but wouldnt let me do it foc! He asked me what i would do if i failed it, i explained i would take it to see his garage and if i wasnt happy i would contact the ministry, which he didnt appear to like & refused to sell me the van & gave me my £1000 deposit back, even tho i had bartered with him & got him to fit a £795 canopy I was only expecting £200. I think he just wanted to get shut of me as he new he couldn't blind me with motor trade waffle! BE AWARE OF TRANSIT P789XFX it MAY be more than meets the eye.

Thank you for review Mr Butler. We too are disappointed with the outcome however I will give clarification on why the decision was taken and address your attempt to cast aspersions on mine and our good name.
All our vehicles, regardless of age, receive extensive inspections and safety checks by professional and regulated 3rd party companies none of which have any affiliation to ourselves and, we pride ourselves on our after sales care and RAC warranty.
The vehicle in question received 5 inspections, 3 by yourself including on a ramp with your torch and tools, and except for a minor issue which we rectified, you deemed the vehicle sound.
However on the day of collection you declared you’d be, “sticking it on your mates ramp and poking with your screwdriver-later retracted to using a hammer and, you would reporting any corrosion found on this 26 year old Ford”.
Your entitled to do this once purchased but as we work on a professional level we suggested that before sale completion we pay for an inspection by a recognised body such as the RAC and, have it re-mot’d and inspected whilst you where present, you declined both of these offers and the sale did not complete.
I stand by mine and our decision without doubt.
Your deposit was fully refunded and the sale rescinded.
