We had Michael come out today to fix our French doors, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. It turned out to be quite a tricky job, but he took the time needed to do it properly and never once made us feel rushed. Michael was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely lovely to the whole family while he was here, making us feel completely relaxed. The door is now working perfectly, and the care and attention he puts into his work really shows. Highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly locksmith. I recently needed a local locksmith as our door had become jammed and we were unable to gain access to the garden. Checked reviews of locksmiths in the area and decided to call MR LOCKS as it was all very positive feedback. Michael is very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. He was able to repair our door even though it was 20+ years old, and fitted a new lock for a reasonable price. The door has never felt as secure as it does now and no more draughts. Great service and left the area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of a locksmith.

I rang Michael when my key broke in half and got stuck in the lock, a friend recommended him, nice chap he said, the best. Michael didn’t let me down, he was quick to jump on the job, and despite an old dodgy lock it had soon been fixed and is now better than ever, with a two year guarantee!
