Overall they did okay but charged me to supposedly fix leak on roof to prevent water from coming in to attic and that didn't work. In all I paid up to $3000 with same issue,so I finally found a professional who actually came out ,removed the plywood and fixed not only the leak but another area on roof as well,took away trash when complete and only charged $900 dollars. To bad I didn't know about him sooner, could have saved $3000

Mr. Handyman and his associates displayed real professionalism in repairing the attic stairs.. The handyman to whom the repair was entrusted took the assignment seriously, kept all prearranged dates, kept prices as promised, and at the end of the assignment actually charged a little less than originally agreed on when some parts cost less than anticipated. When the repair was completed, he tested the working of the attic stairs, cleaned up nicely, and the attic stairs looked and performed like new.

Charles completed adding some fascia board and drip line around a patio we had installed. He caulked around our front porch railings that was aging and showing rot in some areas. Overall, he did an excellent job, and went beyond our expectations. I would certainly have Mr. Handyman do other jobs for us.

Scheduling was fast and easy plus good communication. My situation was a little unique in the area that the dryer vent had to be installed. I provided the vent and an 8 foot section of duct. The parts cost on the invoice was still way higher than it should have been. All in all the work that was done was to my satisfaction but the pricing was higher than expected.
There is a year warranty with the workmanship and parts. I do recommend and will probably use them again. Maybe just not on a unique project.
