I can recommend Mike without hesitation. He persisted against a less than helpful authority. Indeed, he seemed to know their job better than them. Planning permission was granted in a conservation area thanks to that tenacity.

After spending a year applying for planning permission only for my project to be refused. My last hope and the last cash injection was to gamble on employing the services of MPD. I was really impressed with Mike and his communications, we had made a plan to speak late on Friday, I had forgotten about this, but he hadn’t and phone me while I was on route back to Salisbury.
He was very helpful and reassuring on the evidence that I had been able to collect in preparation for applying for an HMO sui generis.
I can’t recommend him highly enough, so if you have any concerns or questions about HMO’s he is your man.

We cannot recommend Mike highly enough.
We did not know where to turn when we where denied by the local council to Render the front elevelation of our property.
We are new to renovation and the appeal process felt extreemly scary. Mike worked quickly, professionally and allowed the suituation to feel stress free for us. He would always reassure us and respond to questions very quickly. After a few months of waiting for a decision we won the appeal process!
Our biggest regret is not going to him first and will definitely be using him again if we ever need to!

I can’t recommend Mike at MPD highly enough. I had been advised previously that I would not be successful in submitting a planning application for a residential dwelling on my garden site. On Mike’s first visit, he was optimistic and explained clearly what he thought would be the best approach to take but didn’t rule out the possibility of having to go to appeal. However, despite the various obstacles put in place by the LPA and the length of time taken for them to reach a decision, Mike persisted with the application with tenacity and handled the whole process in a very professional and pragmatic manner. He also had to deal with one very stressful client throughout an arduous journey! I was granted planning permission without having to go to appeal and I believe this was due entirely to Mike’s expertise and knowledge of the planning system. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in using the services of MPD again with any future planning applications.
