I want to give a huge thank you to Julio, Able, and Rolando for helping me and my family with our move. Moving is usually a stressful and exhausting process, but they made everything feel so much easier.
They were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Each one of them was kind, respectful, and very professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the move smooth for us. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the process.
We truly appreciate how friendly and positive they were the entire time. Their teamwork and attitude made a normally difficult day feel much lighter.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Adam was incredible and worked with us on every detail, explained the process and was awesome. The moving crew with Umberto arrived on time, packed and wrapped everything to perfection and at the new home gave us great service once again. Moving of America was fantastic! From my first conversation with Joey, I knew I was in good hands. I talked about all the quotes I was receiving when reaching out to other companies and was able to get me an affordable and reasonable price. The day of my move was great! The crew was professional, took their time ensuring my furniture was protected, and completed my move right on the 3 hour mark! Jose and his guys where great! My father in law will be moving out of his house soon and this is the company I will be recommending!

While moving is often thought of as a traumatic experience, thanks to Project Manager Joey, I had the best and easiest experience!! Joey was thorough in what I should expect and he was right on the money. My move crew, Danny, Rolando, and Rufino were the BEST! Punctual, professional, careful and efficient. My experience with this company went beyond a headache. As a veteran, we get assistance from different organizations to pay for moving expenses. I was grateful for that but I still had a shitty experience. Let's start with customer service - they charge you for every little thing. My move cost approximately $1500 but that was after a discount. I WANT MY $400 tip back. After looking at the bill - they were too expensive for the crap job done. They broke a few of my items including a dresser and a cracked tv screen. I didn't noticed the cracked items until after I got into my storage unit. I recieved an empty apology. They also didn't even move all the items I requested . I will never use these people again. Customer service called me multiple times after seeing my last review and they better not call me again. Conversations with these people were a straight up headache. they were so sloppy that they even left their own materials at my original place. One of the movers arrived high and the manager told me they drug test people and even tried to tell me that the same guy doesn't even smoke. They're full of shit. That's why my move was so sloppy. These people were high as a kite !!

We had alot thing missing after storing in NJ for 6 months, . They refused to honor the contract of reimbursement at 60 cents per pound, which doesn't com close to replacing a bookcase, concrete planters, garden bench, boxes of kitchen items that were higher end. I would not recommend storing with them. They were cooperative to help pack fragile items. They charged more to come back and get things that did not fit on the truck. Also one of the loaders stole jewelry that was not to go on the truck. If you use them, watch everything very carefully.

Would never use these people again. There were miscommunications each and every time we spoke and it took me longer to clarify things because of it.
I requested service for my two bedroom house and they even had a list of inventory. A little under half of the stuff was left behind smh. The main crew member was high off marijuana. As you can also smell it. When I made the complaint, inwas told that the workers don't smoke and they get treated. Lies. They'll crack your items and shrug it off. They put a hole in my dresser during the move in which the guy with the ponytail told me and shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal to him.
Please don't use these people.
Worst experience with this moving company plasma tv screen was cracked made a report and they didn’t care of the customer. Recommend anyone not to hire this company if you don’t want your goods to by damaged by unprofessional employees

I moved from New Jersey to North Carolina. I was told they handle this type of move often. I ran into issues with the closing of my home and they said "We understand and can store your items until you are ready" For the price I paid I expected much better service. So much of my furniture was damaged. I was told when they were coming not asked if I was ready. I was told I had to get a storage unit since I was not ready for my stuff. I was told, "We put everything where you want it and put everything back together for you." I need this because my husband is unable to help lift anything. I ended up having to move all my stuff in and put things together which I had no idea how to. The people who did the actual moving were nice but still. When I called the company and explained my issues they told me to take it up with "support" with photos of the damaged items. Most of the damaged items were thrown away or already in place and photos were impossible to take. No compassion or help.
Fantastic experience from top to bottom ! Adam reached out initially to collect my info and get me a quote which was thorough and accurate. They built a plan based on my list and the move actually took slightly less time than was originally anticipated. Kim in the office was great with confirming everything and the foreman Geo a good job of explaining thing on the day of will 100% recommend this group and use them again of needed!

I called Movers of America and got Adam. Unfortunate because it seems others who used this moving company and got someone else to assist them had better experiences.
Adam had the worse attitude ever. He talked over me in every conversation and interaction. After putting down a deposit I cancelled my reservation with them solely based on Adams attitude and unprofessionalism. If you call and get Adam, I suggest asking for a different agent.

Took a chance with Moving America as they came recommended. Called and spoke to a salesman named Adam. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We discussed the details of the move and he provided me with pricing and confirmed the date. Day of the move the movers were on time with little to no issues. I was relieved of the stress and anxiety of moving and the moving guys helped ease the pain. I needed a few extra supplies and although it was an extra charge I was ok with it. Not sure when I will be moving again but would use and recommended Moving America.
Excellent folks and excellent service. You can obtain the best deal and value for your money with their bundles. Kelvin and Danny young men quickly moved everything and had everything under control. I heartily endorse it.
