This is the 5th time we’ve used Movers of San Antonio for apartment/storage unit moves. We obviously have had good experiences with them. Today we had Ruben and Shane as our movers, this was our secondtine to have Shane. The guys did a great job. The furniture and boxes they had to move had been in storage for three years and were extremely dusty. They were good sports about the dust/grime. Then they had four flights of stairs to maneuver and a slow elevator to deal with. They were very polite. They worked hard, quickly and efficiently. They treated all items with care. Thanks Ruben and Shane!

Outstanding work! Eric called a head to let me know they were on their way. He said they would be here in 20 minutes. It was more like 15! He and Demetrius were extremely courteous, professional and handled everything with TLC! I highly recommend using Movers of San Antonio for your next move. Also, when I made the arrangements I spoke with Julie, and she super helpful! Jose B.

Eric and Demetrius were awesome. I’m deploying and they made the move super easy, and they took care of my fragile items like my telescope and mirrors. Great people and they work super hard. Will definitely use them again for more moves in the future!

Unprofessional and dishonest service The company misrepresented their pricing, quoting me $125 an hour but charging significantly more. The movers failed to follow my instructions, leaving belongings—like everything in my master bedroom—behind, then falsely claimed I told them not to move it. They were disrespectful, spoke negatively about my property, and treated my belongings carelessly. This experience was far from professional or affordable. I’ll be disputing the charges and filing a complaint. Save yourself the hassle—what seems like a deal will end up costing far more with this company.

Ruben, Charles, and Clarence were excellent with our move. We moved from a 4hr 2-story home and they move all of our stuff in 4hrs. No scratches, no dents, no wall scuffs. I would definitely hire them again.
