I moved from the Bay Area to NYC and had the smoothest experience with this company. It was by far the cheapest moving quote I got for a cross country move. They were prompt and communicative with all scheduling. And everything arrived undamaged and accounted for. It was really nice to have such a big move not be a headache at all.

We were apprehensive about having a smooth transition for our daughter's move for school from California to New York. We are so happy that we went with your company. From the start everything was straight forward and easy to plan. The movers arrived right on schedule. They were courteous and professional. We were sent emails throughout the entire process to update us as to the location of the move. It arrive in New York as scheduled. We were notified and our daughter was able to schedule delivery around her schedule. Her things were delivered and placed where she asked. Again by a courteous and professional staff.
Moving is never easy but if you want a company that will help make the process easier, this is it.
Had a really, really good experience with CA NY express. Moved from NYC to SF and was juggling a ton - CANY took much of it off my plate. Pricing was transparent and included clear explanation of industry standards - Bob did an immensely helpful walk through of our apartment and provided an accurate quote (and explained how other quotes we received were misleading at best, deceptive at worst). The communication was top notch; everyone arrived exactly on time, and emails were responded to promptly. Can you find a cheaper service? I'm sure you can. But going with CA NY Express was the right call for us and I'm happy we did. Thanks team :)

Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive, they had an awesome team of guys that loaded everything in the blink of an eye, and drop-off was smooth. Great experience, and quite painless! The price was such a great value for a move from the southwest to the northeast, and the professionalism from all involved was top notch. Communication was excellent, and at both pickup and drop-off, the movers arrived early (in one case too early, but they kindly waited for me to be ready!) and handled every item carefully, as if there wasn't anything they didn't consider to be fragile and precious. I was also provided with recommendations for moving insurance and great resources on how to properly pack. At the end of the process, I was amazed to find that--except for a couple nicks to the dust jackets of a couple books (which is to be expected in any move)--none of my things, whether furniture or musical instruments or ceramic mugs or paintings (or anything else), had ANY noticeable damage! It was miraculous, and almost as if a 3,000 mile move hadn't even happened. If you're moving cross-country, look no further.
Elizabeth and team did a fantastic job end to end. She answered all my questions, helped me customize my moving plan, and the movers in LA and NY were top notch. The pricing is unbeatable and their level of service was great. Have already referred them to multiple friends.

After my recommendation a friend wanted to move to Virginia and contacted them, they apologized, said they cannot do it.
CA NY Express doesn't subcontract and they delivered safely within 11 days.
I chose some packing service too, and you can tell they know what they're doing.

I recently moved from NYC to LA and could not have been more satisfied with CA-NY Express Cross Country Movers! They held my hand every step of the way. I had countless questions and concerns before I even scheduled the move yet Eric (who handled my move) was always kind, professional, and helpful. I chose to schedule the exact date for my belongings to arrive on the West coast and it did seamlessly. Both the packing crew in NYC and the unloading crew in LA were great. Cannot recommend CA-NY Express more. Everyone on the customer service side is extremely kind and communicative. Movers were professional, careful, and speedy. They were very accommodating when our move was larger than we provided in our inventory list. Everything arrived in the same condition it was packed in. Finally, their prices are much better than other comparable movers. I would hire CA-NY Express in a heartbeat if I had to move across the country again!

I've used this company twice now because they are so good at what they do and they are most importantly TRUSTWORTHY! They own and operate every part of the move and don't use brokers so you can trust their quotes and they are very meticulous about inventory so not one item is lost and they are very punctual and great at communicating. the movers are also great! love this company!

After talking to few movers, I'm so grateful to this moving company for being so kind and helpful in answering all questions. They have the best crew in both California and NY. Hands down best movers to safely bring your valuables. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Follow their recommendations , use heavy duty boxes, I even used plastic 27gallon for kitchen items. My music instruments, TV all arrived safely. Thanks!
I used them to move about 300 square ft of stuff. Mostly pre-packed boxes along with a couple of large furniture items. Pickup and drop off was very convenient and they packed and unpacked my furniture really well. Highly recommend!

Very straightforward moving process and they were very flexible with travel plans I had mid-move and were willing to delay move-in for a couple weeks to accommodate. They even helped put together the furniture at my new apartment. Would highly recommend for great service, flexibility, and reasonable price.
