Moving is never fun whether it’s local or out of state but everyone at Move 4 Less we’re all so amazing and attentive. It started with Erin being so understanding about how much stuff we had and very communicative. Always kept in touch regarding the move. On the actual move day, Michelle let me know that the moving crew were going to be there soon. Manuel and his crew did such a great job! He made sure to contact me on an estimated time of when they’d be there. He kept me apprised of how much the total move would cost. They made sure to be careful and attentive regarding our furniture and fragile items. They were so helpful in making sure the furniture was situated where we wanted it and even helped fix the leg of our couch that was a bit loose. They disassembled and reassembled two of our bedroom sets. Overall, an easy move and hopefully I don’t need to move ever again but if I did, I would recommend them. Thank you again!

DO NOT use this company. They will ensure you pay the quoted price by preventing you from going below the estimated time frame which ensures they get the quoted price. Ie A drive that was supposed to take 7 minutes per Google Maps and their driver took them 30 minutes. And one I had did regularly myself. This was intentional as they drove well under the posted speed limit with no traffic. And if you go over the time or ask them to stop they will not. They will argue with you and keep your items on their truck intentionally to ensure they have to continue to work.
So my advice is not to use them the price is not the price. If you must use them ensure they unload the truck at your place first before assembling any items. Additionally, their workers are not qualified to put simple beds together. They do not have the right tools. The management is a joke and not helpful at all. They will give your scripted answers and go back on their word so do not look for or hope for any help from them.
It’s not really move 4 less, it’s gimmicks and unprofessional tactics to keep you at the minimum quoted price. There will be no adjustments. And you get what you pay for, unprofessional and unqualified staff.
My rating is meet expectations. Let's start with the GOOD. Movers arrived a few minutes early than scheduled. And they were able to finish the job in less than 2 hours. Now, the BAD part. The HUGE let down was the rate I was quoted and what I was charged in the end. The quote was 2 hours minimum at $140 per hour for 2 men crew. NO MENTION of travel time. By the time the project was over, time to pay, the mover guy said there is 45 minute travel time to add. This was NOT disclosed at any time during my conversations with Autumn Perez. If you want, I can even show you the moving estimate # 162390. Because of this, I just give this 1 star.
Where do I start??? My quote was for 2 1/2 hours with a cost of $360. The movers were fast and efficient but when all was said and done, he shows me the final price at $432. No where in the estimate was it shown that I was to pay for the movers to drive from and back to Reno. When I call, I was first hung up on. I stated that I was only paying for the time the movers were there and actually working, so I was told I would only be charged for 2 hours. I sign and see the total is $337 after tip. Well not only was I charged that but an additional charge of $146. This is shady business practices and I will never use or recommend your company to anyone.
I had a two man team come in and pack up a house (that previously took another company 4 hours) in two. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure pickup and delivery was as seamless as possible for me. They were also insanely affordable and beat every other quote I got. I hope I don't move anytime soon, bit if I do I will always use Move 4 Less. Can't recommend them highly enough.
