Needed immediate help with my Cartier split unit dine I had company coming. Heather got me in either a technician the next day. The day before Thanksgiving ! Amazing. ! Above and beyond !

Paul was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing at each stage of the service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Service 3 furnace systems including steam humidifier. One unit needed parts which he got and installed.

Very pleased with our experience with Mountain Air. Our heat stopped working and we made an appointment with a technician. It then started working again and they let us cancel the appointment. When the heat broke again a few days later, they got someone out ASAP. The technician Tim fixed the issue quickly and showed us what to look for if the issue persists. Very happy with their service and expertise. Will be using for future HVAC needs!

I had an issue with my furnace and Mountain Air sent someone right away to analyze the issue. The next day Tristan came out to fix the problem and he is amazing. Very knowledgeable and polite. Our system is working perfectly now. I want him to service our heating and cooling every time we have an issue!!!
