Mould safe were excellent in identifying and rectifying various mould issues in my home. I liked that they gave options for me to consider and choose from for rectification works and also ongoing mould management - products and advice. Their remediation works were very thorough. My home felt “new and fresh” again. I got quotes and advice from 2 other companies and MouldSafe were the most accurate and honest so I highly recommend their services.

Mouldsafe carried out some remedial works over several months at our place where a slow leaking pipe had been causing damage over a long period. Gaelle is very knowledgeable and explained all the treatments required and worked out a plan to fit in with our renovations. The team communicated well and were efficient and effective on treatment days. I am happy to recommend Mouldsafe.

The gold standard of remediation! The whole property has been transformed to a beautiful, clean, fresh and safe home, thanks to Gaelle and Harriet and the support team back at the office.They have been thorough, ensuring every nook and cranny has been cleaned and is mould free. I would highly recommend Mouldsafe. We needed a full house remediation, the mould wasn’t visible to the eye, they found it promptly, removed it and remediated. We left the property for a couple of weeks while they worked away. I was honestly blown away by their thorough process. Their fast communication is amazing, you are included every step of the way with what’s happening. I felt I was in extremely safe hands. We didn’t have the funds up front to cover our works, mouldsafe kindly arranged a payment plan for us to manage the payments more easily. If you feel you need a service like this, I wouldn’t hesitate to call mouldsafe.
