Visited today and honestly had a great time. It’s one of those places that feels way bigger on the inside — heaps of variety, from classic Aussie cars to JDM icons, race cars, motorbikes, and stuff you don’t usually see anywhere else. Everything is well presented, clean, and easy to walk through. You can just relax and enjoy the visuals without feeling rushed. I’m not someone who reads every plaque, but the displays are strong enough that you don’t need to. The atmosphere is calm, staff were friendly, and it’s the kind of place you leave feeling like you actually did something enjoyable with your day. Picked up a little souvenir from the gift shop too which topped it off. Highly recommend for anyone into cars, motorsport, bikes, or just looking for a solid weekend outing.

Took my Dad to the Motor Museum of WA as he was visiting from Kalgoorlie. I knew he would love it as he’s a car and motor guy, was pleasantly surprised and left enjoying the experience just as much as he did! So much history, information and things to look at. Our experience was made even more enjoyable by the volunteers who were happy to share their knowledge and a bit of chit chat. We will definitely be back and thank you for a great experience.

A must visit when in Perth My visit to the WA Car Museum was nothing short of extraordinary. The collection is immaculate, showcasing an incredible range of vehicles that span every era of motoring history. From early classics to modern-day supercars, each exhibit is immaculately presented and meticulously maintained.One of the undeniable highlights was seeing Daniel Ricciardo’s Formula 1 race-winning car up close. The line-up of classic motorbikes, having owned tsome of the same bikes displayed many years ago itceas great to see them in such great condition. The museum’s extensive model car collection deserves special mention, it’s an extraordinary assembly, valued at over one million AUD. The experience was further enhanced by the volunteer staff, with their knowledge, enthusiasm and their genuine hospitality made every visitor feel welcome.In every sense, the WA Car Museum is a true celebration of automotive history and culture. It is well worth a visit for anyone with even a passing interest in cars, engineering, or craftsmanship. An exceptional experience that captures the spirit of motoring through the ages.
