Popped into MotoEbikes to try out the Livewire S2 and got great service from Deborah and Paul (Lee was out). Without any pre-arrangement, I was given the opportunity to have a lengthy test ride on the 2 different S2 models they had in stock. Keen to try out the Livewire One, Deborah arranged to get a demo model in, and 2 days later after another hour plus test ride, I purchased on the spot at a very good price.
A few days later, an issue with the charger not releasing, was swiftly dealt with by Lee, who was at my house within a few hours of my calling. With the help of a video call with a Livewire technician, it was sorted in 10 mins. You cant ask for better service that that.
I would highly recommend a visit if you are thing about an electric bike. Nice place, all very helpful and friendly team and great coffee as well.
The Livewire One is awesome and really happy that I made the switch to electric.

Very professional service from Deborah and Lee at motoebikes it was a tough and Daunting decision Choosing the correct bike for my son. they are very knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend motoebikes!
Having decided I wanted a livewire electric motorcycle I set about trying to buy one, you’d think that would be easy but the dealers I spoke to were either vague, unhelpful or a bit disinterested, until I found motoebikes. Lee was knowledgeable about the range of bikes and went off to make some enquiries for me, plus they had a demonstrator in store for the S2 range. Deborah came back to me with all the details I needed and after a bit of indecision I went for the livewire one and based on my conversations and plans to come up to Guildford and visit, they got a brand new LW1 and a demonstrator in for that weekend - amazing! I travelled up from Somerset and the bikes were there as promised, I bought the new one which is just as well since the demonstrator sold to someone else. There was a minor issue with my bike which Lee sorted that day and even shouted me lunch while I waited!! What a great team, what a great shop and what a great experience. If customer service matters to you, you won’t go wrong here; I will be taking my bike back to them for servicing too: thanks to you both for making it a great buying experience… the bike is awesome too!!!

I recently purchased a Sur-Ron from Lee and Deborah at Motor Ebikes Guildford for my son, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Lee personally delivered the bike on the agreed date, fully prepared and ready to go, which was a great touch. Their showroom is fully kitted out with a fantastic and impressive display of bikes, and it’s clear they take pride in what they offer. They also have an on-site workshop with experienced mechanics, which gives real peace of mind. Couldnt fault Deborah and Lee for their advice and covering all questions regarding surron bike. Wish everyone was as genuine and reliable as they were after previously having bad experience with other companies. On the plus side this company are an official surron disributor, which i felt gave that extra security, when it comes to an official surron warrenty.
I just called this company for some advice around sourcing a part for an e bike. Despite knowing this was not going to make them any money they went out of their way to help me when they really didn’t have to. Thank you.
Highly recommend MotoEbikes in Guildford - the customer service is superb, the selection available is exemplary and competitively priced too, the purchasing process was extremely simple. I required delivery which wasn't a problem and I was really pleased to hear they use their own van and driver. The delivery was exactly when they said it would be, the driver was informative and careful with the bike, and just as friendly as Deborah and Lee!

I started riding bikes in the 80's. Worked my way up to a GPz550, had an accident (not my fault), and stopped for a while. Speed forward to 2022 - Given the ever increasing price of fuel and my need to only really do short trips I decided to pick up biking again. I bought a Horwin CR6 to see if I could still hack it / enjoy it (Battery power seemed a bit of an investment, but less time spent on maintenance and more time riding appealed to me). And I did. I really enjoyed the freedom and mobility that the bike provided. Cheaper to run daily than a BMW 2 series too.
Move forward 18 months with the CR6 being used almost daily, and I started to look for bikes that I could progress to - could match my enthusiasm, manage my skill and keep me safe. So I settled for a Zero SR. It was in my price range and ticked my range and performance boxes. (I want to be able to travel further afield without worrying too much about charging).
I looked around various places for deals and services offered and Motoebikes just stood out - Good Zero range, on site servicing, small and local.
I visited them (Guildford a short trip for me) and met with Deborah. She explained the differences between the bikes they had in stock, knew the key attributes of each, and also pointed me at a recent deal they had - an unregistered 2023 Zero SR/F for less than a new SR.
We chatted for a while as Lee was out delivering a bike, and she showed me pictures of a rider they sponsor (riding an electric dirt bike). Deborah also went and spoke to another person who came in (browsing) and took the same time to answer their questions.
Lee came back and showed me some more details on the bike, explained some of the key items, answered all the questions I had on the bike - and got the sale.
Lee and Deborah are passionate about eBikes. They service their bikes, sponsor a rider, and are willing to take time with anyone who comes in. They share the workload between them and make for a very friendly atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend visiting them and discussing your needs. They helped me a lot
(and I get my bike delivered in < 24 hours time. Can't wait.)
2025 update.
I still go to MotoEbikes on a semi regular basis just to say hi. Lee and Deborah are always welcoming, happy to chat, and offer advice.
Earlier in the year a nice gentleman reversed their car into my bike knocking it over. Lee collected the bike, repaired the damage and delivered it back very quickly. No fuss. No drama.
Always happy to visit their showroom, especially as they have the new livewire Mulholland...
