Been getting meat from here for ages really good price and amazing quality of meat and stuff are amazing

Absolutely dreadful and would rate them zero if possible. !!! I presume these are part of paleo nutrition wales, as the confirmation email that i received upon placing my order, was billed to them. The 15kg of chicken fillets gave me no cause for concern on arrival, as the box was fully intact, but once opened, one of the 2.5kg bags had split open, leaked and left the box bottom in a bit of a mess. It smelt vastly different to the others, as when you open them, you do tend to get an odour from the vacuum, which soon clears, but i wasn't prepared to risk it, as although chilled, i don't know when this happened and i've been ordering online chicken for what seems like forever. I notified them immediately with a snapshot of the damage, plus i have also contacted them via their website, but so far the silence is deafening. Maybe i could try my hand at morse code, translate my query in welsh. or just give up, but i always believe a company strives through its contact through its customer service, but it is totally non existent here, or rather more to the point, they just cant be a***d in addressing it and basically, well, its just hard lines. Still, maybe there is still time for them yet, so i live in hope, but i doubt it somehow.....Bendigedig Update re posting and company reply. Following an apparent downtime issue ( fair enough ) with answering online emails, the issue was finally resolved and a replacement issued on my next order. Therefore i have upgraded the rating on this review to 4 stars.

After having many issues with a previous meat box subscription from a vey well know company, I came across Paleo Nutrition Wales. I have just received my second order! I am so impressed with the quality and flavour of the meat! I highly reccomend the sausages and burgers and chicken breast! The customer service has been exceptional and I love the fact that you are rewarded for repeat business with offer codes and a points! Please let me know when the venison and cranberry burgers are re-stocking 🤤

I ordered Bicarbonate of Soda from Moretons Fine Foods from eBay. It arrived as a solid block - there was no warning of this in the item's description or on the packet Moretons did not reply to my first polite message which explained the problem and asked for a Return and a refund, but ebay produced a label. Nor did they acknowledge receipt of my return despite Royal Mail Tracking showing delivery or process the refund I sent 2nd polite message asking where refund was 2 days before case closing date: there was no reply but a refund with a snide comment on it. I have sent a 3rd message telling them that they appear arrogant, uncommunicative, thoughtless, ignorant and stupid. Their lack of communication wasted a lot of my time, a lot of my limited energy and delayed my project

I'm so sorry it's taken so long to leave this review, should've done it last year when you had such lovely sausage meat at christmas. Without doubt this is the best butchers in the world... Yep the world!!! :) no joke (although there are other good ones in the area too, no disrespect to those, pobl/cig hyfryd fynha hefyd!!). These places beat anything you can get from any supermarket hands down, with a considerably better service. From this one you can expect lovely people, efficient service, and seriously delicious meats. Couldn't ask for more really, thank you so much, you really saved my bacon this week :) The lovely beef really was just the icing on the cake. Diolch i chi gyd.

Absolutely fantastic meats, i won a hamper @ Christmas and was totally shocked at size and quality of the meat, best beef joint i have ever tasted , can't wait for restrictions to be over to visit shop in person.

Again a faultless order picked up today of the highest quality.All Covid rules are followed, making this a totally safe and comfortable place to buy outstanding quality meat .

Always a pleasure to go there beautiful food and the staff are so helpful and go out of their way to help xx
