Had an amazing experience with Vince as a first time home buyer! He was the 3rd mortgage broker and the 1st one who I felt took me seriously as a young home buyer and also went the extra mile explaining everything given I am young and this being my first home purchase. He was always available for calls even just small questions along the way. Supported both me and my dad who co signed with any documentation questions as well. I definitely recommend Vince for any first time home buyers out there especially if you are young and feeling brushed off by other agents. He did an amazing job and when I buy a larger place in the future he is the one I am going to contact again!
