Perfect tour! My adult daughter and I had an amazing tour of Morocco with Morocco Immersions. Sharon did a great job of personalizing our itinerary to accommodate our requests and answering our pre-trip questions. Our tour manager/driver Rachid was wonderful! He's a great driver, who happily shares lots of interesting information about Morocco, its history and culture. He willingly answered innumerable questions and is an all around great person to spend time with. The city tour guides which Morocco Immersion arranged for were excellent! The Rabat and Fez guides particularly stand out. We added Chefchaouen (the Blue City) to the common itinerary of Casablanca, Rabat, Volubilis, Fes, Merzouga (with camel riding and an overnight in the desert), Valley of Roses, Ait Ben Haddou, and Marrakech. We strongly recommend visiting Chefchaouen, if you can fit it into your itinerary, as it was one of our favorite places. We also added a hot air balloon ride in Marrakech to the trip, which was surreal! The riads and kasbah we stayed in were perfect as a comfortable place both to hang out, and to get a feel for Moroccan history and culture. I could go on and on . . . We couldn't have asked for anything more from Moroccan Immersion. They do a spectacular job!

Moroccan Magic Morocco wasn't originally on my bucket list but I had two sets of friends tour with Adventure Life for Morocco immersion Tours and raved about it and them so we decided, "Morocco it is" to celebrate birthdays of my partner and I.Yuan was our go to during the set up phase and he was able to walk us through the nuts and bolts stuff and reviewed our initial plan and made suggestion. Once final 10 day itinerary was set, he took care of all the reservations in Morocco. Every one of our hotels was unique and beautiful. Rooms/beds clean and comfortable at all sitesIt was just the two of us so we were able to create exactly the experience we wanted.Timing - first two weeks of December was perfect. We had a window of slow tourist season that ramps up around Christmas. So we didn't have to fight mobs. We flew into Casa Blanca and then immediately drove to Rabat, where we spent two nights at Riad Dar Chrifa Rabat. Hosts were warm and inviting. Made us feel very welcome.breakfast in the morning was 3 types of fresh bread, yogurt, fresh fruit,fresh squeezed orange juice and tajine eggs,We spent the next day roaming rabat. walking to to the Medina. the ocean, palaces, mausoleum etc. I recommend the use of a local guide. Omar, our tour manager (If you go to Morocco, Omar is amazing) arranged a local guide for us who gave us all the local history.The rest of the trip was an equally great experience.Our trip included Rabat, Fes, Merzouga, Roan ruins of Volubilis, Desert region (Riad Madu was fantastic), camel ride to the Riad madu premium camp, Dades Valley, Marrakech.Trust adventure life to find you great acommodations and restaurants. I think Omar knows everyone in Morroco. He always found us good local guides and he was able to coach us in our shopping (locations and techniques.) and recommend restaurants.If I return to Morocco, I will definately go with them again and recommend them to my friends and family

A unique and memorable experience across southern Morocco. Our Southern Morocco Tour was fantastic. Our college group has been traveling together every year for 46 years. We've been all over the world, and this trip was without a doubt, one of the most memorable. All the Riyads and Kasbahs were first class and unique and we appreciated the opportunity to have exclusive use when possible. Breakfast on the roof every morning was a highlight. There were so many great experiences. The Medina and Souks in Marrakesh, the Camel ride to the premium camp in the Sahara, the sunset horseback ride on the beach at Essaouira and the many sites along the way. We particularly enjoyed Morocco immersions and our guide Hisham, who was fantastic. His knowledge of local culture and his command of the English language and his sense of humor made this trip a pure joy. As he got to know our group and understand our desire for cultural immersion beyond the standard tourist destinations, he was able to tweak our experience to make the trip even more special. Just some examples include inviting two local guitarists to our dinner in his hometown, assisting Khadija of Khadija’a Kuzina n preparing Tagine in the family home in Essaouira, and lunches that had us picking our own fresh meat (in Taznakht) and seafood (in Tamri) and having them cooked and served to us. Our driver, also Hisham, was fantastic as well. A true professional driver. He kept us on time and his bus was immaculate. I also appreciate that he spoke excellent English. All in all, I can't say enough about the quality of this tour and the professionalism of Morocco immersions.

Tailored tour - varied, warm and personal Morocco immersion curated a superb private 15 day tour for 3 of us, through Morocco starting in Casablanca, taking in all the major cities, the desert and Dades Valley. From start to finish we were in the very capable hands of Ali, our driver/ manager, who deftly navigated his way through traffic and crowds to get us to our appointed designation on time, while entertaining us along the way. His knowledge of local history and culture gave us the immersion we were hoping for, with some local color added by appointed guides in the major cities, who themselves were also excellent. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience and particularly enjoyed the added experiences of riding camels to a desert camp and enjoying a local meal with a very welcoming family in their home.

Moroccan road trip We booked this trip with a private driver and guides through KimKim, which contracted with immersion Morocco for the local experience. It was a lot of car time, but we felt like we were on good hands with our driver, Hisham,who was 100% professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient! Hisham picked us up from the airport in Casablanca and off we went to Fes, where the truly immersive experience began. We stayed inside the walled city in a beautiful and very comfortable riad and enjoyed our city tour - by car and on foot. The on to the Sahara where we went by camelback to a luxurious tent resort (glamping, anyone?) for dinner and an overnight. The next day Hisham met us and we had several interesting stops before landing at a renovated casbah in the Dades Valley. Our last two nights were in Marrakech- again within the old city.

A great first trip to Morocco Morocco Immersion planned a memorable 9-day trip to Morocco that gave us an in-depth look at the culture, history, and people of their beautiful country. Our driver and guide Rachid was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and funny, and handled our 1000s of questions with good humor throughout the trip. The city guides in Marrakesh (Ali) and Fes (Hassan) added just the right amount of local expertise, historical context, and hidden gems about their cities. We visited Marrakesh, the Atlas Mountains, the Valley of the Roses, the Dades Valley, stayed overnight in the desert where one of us rode a camel, and then 2 days in Fes, then flying back to Marrakesh for a free day before returning to the US. A highlight of the trip was spending a day with a local family in the Valley of the Roses - first going to the market to purchase the vegetables - and then being welcomed into a home where they prepared lunch and we traded stories and questions about each others' lives. As I write this review, I'm admiring my new Berber rug that flew home with me in my backpack ... a memento of a great trip.

Trip of a lifetime! We booked a 12 day trip to Morocco which Sharon helped us coordinate and it was one of the best and most exotic trips we ever taken. The people of Morocco are so friendly and helpful. We stayed in beautiful hotels and Riyadhs and ate the most delicious food. The highlight of our trip was our adventure on camels to the Sahara desert and sleeping overnight to wake up to the most extraordinary sunrise we’ve ever seen. Our guide Amnay in Marrakech was great. Mo, our driver and guide the rest of our trip was so wonderful showing us these amazing places and even taking us to special restaurants that were only known to locals.We highly recommend Morocco Immersion! Stepping into the Beautiful Portrait of Morocco If you are seeking an unforgettable experience in a remarkable country, start planning your trip to Morocco. In reading other reviews, I look forward to exploring even more of the country and the Team at Morocco Immersion Tours and Adventures will be my first call. The week began in Casablanca, moved to Chefchaouen, journeyed to Fez, then the pristine capital of Rabat, and closing in Marrakesh. Stopping in Volubilis to tour ancient Roman ruins was very unexpected and a nearby restaurant, Roman City was absolutely delicious. Our guide, Mohamed, was exceptional in ensuring we traveled safely and in comfort with attention to every detail to include always ensuring each stop and overnight accomodation exceeded our expectations. Each city was distinct but one common theme was in the knowledge and love of their country of each tour guide. The depth of historical knowledge painted a picture of rich Moroccan history in a way that will continue to resonate with me.It would be hard to highlight any single experience. How can one choose between touring Hassan II mosque, the Fez market, beautiful Rabat, or a private cooking class in Marrakesh? Mohamed was great in ensuring we absorbed as much as we could in the visit but when we wanted to slow the pace, he was very accomodating. Morocco is a must see and must visit country but to really immerse yourself in the vast history and culture, the itinerary options and most highly professional guides on the KimKim Team are strongly recommended. Morocco will remain a highlight in my travel journeys with much gratitude to everyone.

Unexpected holiday favourite. One of my best travel experiences. I loved the diversity of Morocco. The landscape is beautiful. We had the most amazing driver for 10 days Ahmed. Kim Kim was the travel excursion who planned our outstanding trip. So accommodating. My niece was presenting at a sociology conference in Rabat. Therefore we needed exact timing.KimKim was 100% on accommodating around that. Ahmed could teach a course on time management. He was 100% efficient. We had a clutch issue heading from Dades Valley to Marrakesh and he didn’t fret or stress he found a solution. We had another driver take us while he stayed w the stranded vehicle. Instead of melting and waiting, our problem was resolved.Ahmed was a big part of why our trip was so amazing . In 10 days we saw so much and it felt different everyday. Yes it’s hot in July but our accommodations were so nice you forgot about it when you arrived. And it’s not busy with an overload of tourists. The food was (too much) always good. I never thought I would love Morocco so much. It’s beautiful and affordable.,And the service throughout the trip was 5 star.

Family trip to Morocco! We just finished a week in Morocco and it was amazing. It was my wife and I and our two kids (daughter, 12, and son, 10). The county is beautiful and the people were all very nice. We experienced everything Morocco has to offer. Casablanca, Rabat, Fes, the desert, Dades valley and Marrakech. Our driver and guide, Mohammed, was terrific and made the trip effortless even on long travel days. He made sure all of our tour guides in each city were ready right when we arrived. We would highly recommend a guided tour of Morocco with kids. Our kids loved it and got to experience the culture of Morocco.

Amazing trip! We spent 13 beautiful days in Morocco to celebrate my mother's birthday as a family. Our driver Abdel was so welcoming and thoughtful and made our trip amazing, even surprising my mom with a birthday cake in the middle of the trip. The guides at every stop were knowledgeable and friendly and each riad we stayed at was beautiful. Truly Immersive Experience!! A trip of a life time! And we could not have picked a better tour group to host us. Sharon and Abdou, co-owners of Morocco Immersion, worked with us and customized our trip of a life time. We spent 10 days touring Fez, Merzouga, Oarzazate, Rose Valley and Marrakesh. No detail was overlooked. All tours were private and were led by highly experienced and knowledgeable tour guides that shared the rich history of Morrocco. We were interested in spending a day fossil hunting in Erfoud. They arranged for an actual paleontologist to host us for the day! We stayed at locally run Riads and a camp (in Merzouga). Each Riad was handpicked by Sharon and Abdou. The Riads were authentic and beautiful. The hospitality and food were top notch. This added to our immersive experience. The favorite part of our trip was spending time with our driver/guide, Ahmed. From the moment we stepped out of the airport to when he dropped us off at the airport, Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure every moment of our trip special. In the evenings, he would even text or call us to.make sure were were ok and if we needed anything. Along our journey, he would stop along the way to point out special spots for photos. He would share facts about the special spots. Our 12 and 14 year old boys particularly enjoyed Ahmed's company. He talked about his family and life in Morocco. They learned so much about Morocco through Ahmed's stories. He shared his love of Morrocan music during our drives, as well as, his love for photography. We were truly amazed with Ahmed's fluency in english as he shared with us that he was self-taught! Morrocco Immersion, thank you for a truly immersive experience!!!
