Just wanted to say I am still so impressed with the management team as they still work hard to keep our community clean and safe for our children to play around the park. I can remember before this management team came along there was no way I would allow my grandsons to play around the whole park from worries of strange by passers coming through, now I as a grandparent freely let my grandsons play around as kids should be able to do because of the safety precautions the managers have taken. What's more beautiful than looking out your door and seeing all the children in this park running around playing and laughing. Thank you so much Danielle and Jeff for all that you do for this park.

Hi Dawn,
Thank you for sharing this heartfelt experience—and please accept our deepest condolences for your loss. We’re grateful you felt supported by Hillary, Danielle, and Jeff during such a difficult time; we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words. At Oak Grove, our goal is more than housing—it’s caring for our neighbors with compassion, especially when it matters most. Your trust means a lot and reflects a key strength of our community: a hands-on, caring team that truly shows up.
If there’s anything you need, now or later, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office. We’re honored to have you as part of the Oak Grove community, and we’re here for you.

Management at this property appears to struggle with organization and consistency. The on-site manager, Candace, makes an effort to assist residents, but it seems she has limited authority to address many of the ongoing issues. The maintenance staff is dedicated and hardworking, though significantly overextended due to responsibilities across multiple properties.
Interactions with management can feel intrusive. Rather than engaging with residents constructively, management often conducts drive-through inspections and enforces an extensive list of rules in a way that can come across as abrupt or adversarial. Most members of the management team do not introduce themselves, and unannounced visits to residents’ yards are common, which contributes to a lack of privacy and comfort.
Pet owners should be aware that the community enforces strict supervision requirements, including for those with fenced or gated yards and families with young children. These expectations may be challenging for many residents to meet.
The large number of rules appears to create tension among residents, sometimes leading to conflicts that involve management intervention. There is concern among residents about inconsistent enforcement and the potential for punitive actions.
Utility costs, particularly garbage service, are also a point of frustration. At over $70 per month per space—approximately $2,240 monthly for 32 spaces—the fees are high. Additionally, when spaces are vacant, the cost burden is shifted onto current residents, further increasing their expenses.
Prospective residents should conduct thorough research before moving in. While the community has potential, it is currently affected by significant management issues and limited amenities. Aside from a laundry room and a trail leading to the river—which is poorly maintained—the property offers few additional benefits.

This is not a resort. But is kept clean and organized. No pool but there is a rec room. The manager does not reside on site, however she is there at the office two days a week and is extremely friendly and cooperative.
I found them to be a bit on the high side for rent.
Park is located on a main thoroughfare. Lots of sirens throughout the day and night.
The view here is absolutely gorgeous! I got a chance to chat with the girls in the office a bit and they were so very sweet! Very happy and they decorated the office its so cozy and very festive. I absolutely loved the tree and decorations! You can tell they enjoy what they do. What a treat this experience was. I have been here several times in the past but this one is the absolute best! The beautiful sunny weather in December! The friendly happy smiling gals and felt so welcoming and they have good candy at the desk for the guests! I mustn't forget that, my fav peppermint chocolate bark! Best trip! This is the place to be!!
