Tony was a great lawyer! He gave me his personal cell number in case I ever had questions or concerns. Very straight forward about pricing and flexible. Military discount was great too. Tony (Anthony) has been the best lawyer I have worked with in my career of speeding. Will call him for any future incidents however I hope we never need to discuss business again.

I had a reckless speeding ticket, 78/55, it was my firzyI went to Mr montagna to represent me, he’s honest, he’s fair, he’ll tell you how it is, and he actually cares, it’s expensive, but it’s cheaper than the long run of running the risk of not getting your charges dropped at all. You get exactly what you pay for, the best honest legal representation, listen to what he has to say, and if he gives you advice on what to do, do it, listen to him, he knows what he’s doing, and he’ll get you the best outcome that’s possible, as long as you help him help you. My ticket got dismissed with nothing but court fines, if you want the best, go with him.

Man, Mr. Montagna is one of the best lawyers I physically seeing with my own two eyes. Mr. Montagna did everything I asked he even did even more than what I asked. It’s easy to work with he answers all your questions he gives you all possible scenarios and outcomes and he’s really good at his craft. Like I told him in person what’s five stars you’re getting 100 stars for going over and beyond. If you need him as your lawyer, for any reason, he’s probably the first person I will call over anybody else. Anthony gonna get you right trust me he got me right. I highly recommend this attorney. I was facing a reckless driving charge in Virginia Beach, and I saw firsthand how serious these cases can be. Other people in court were receiving much harsher penalties, including higher fines and even jail time.
My attorney was able to get my case reduced to just a $200 fine, with no jail time and no community service. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.
What also stood out to me was his confidence and courtroom presence. He clearly knows the Virginia Beach court system, communicates effectively with the judge, and knows how to advocate strongly for his clients. You can tell he has a lot of experience practicing in that courtroom.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and effective. I’m grateful for the result and would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with a traffic or reckless driving case in Virginia Beach. Five stars.

Mr. Montagna did an amazing job. We retained him when my 20 year old daughter got her second reckless driving ticket in a year. She had six months suspended in jail for the first one. Mr. Montagna got the second one reduced to improper driving. It was amazing working with him.She did everything she was told to do on the day of court everything went smoothly. He deffently knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Mr. Montagna for all lawyer needs.

I am a bit late in submitting the review. I hardly ever do a review. But I feel I need to do this one on Mr. Montagna on his great job in getting my reckless driving citations dismissed.
More than two months ago I was unfortunately speeding at 76 mph in a segment of 55 mph zone, Which is one mile over the 20 mph limit! It was a rental car and I was not very familiar with the model. I researched the google reviews, spoke to my friends in VA area. I finally decided to go with Mr. Montagna.
Anthony took his time to discuss the case with me, explain the circumstances regarding the type of citation and most importantly, he took his time to learn more about me as a person. I think this is very important as the more your attorney knows about you, the better he can defend your interest in front of a judge. He recommended the driving courses I need to take (BTW, they are hard). I was going to personally attend the hearing, which I had agreed but was not able to do so due to family medical issues. I have a clean driving record in my State for over 25 years, which also helps.
Here is my suggestion: Hire a good attorney to defend your case. Take driving school courses and pass them, and of course, do not speed.
