Monster Tree Service are tree magicians. The price is extremely fair for the service provided, and their team is super friendly and professional. The owner walked me through the insurance process which helped me get more money back from my insurer than they offered originally.
A neighbor's tree fell on my shed, ripped out my electrical line, and crushed my fence. My shed full of glass vases and planters was still standing but was bending under the weight of the tree. I told Monster Tree if at all possible, please save the shed when removing the trunk.
Not only did they keep the shed intact through careful cutting, they also coordinated with the electrician fixing the service line to lessen the amount of time I was without power. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves better than any of the other companies I've used for similar services, and even had some treats in their truck for my cat. (She was very appreciative and forgave them for all the noise.)
I hope I never have another tree fall on my house, but if it happens, I know who I'm going to call back.
I was extremely impressed with the tree service I received from Monster Tree Service of South Indianapolis. They removed a massive 100+ ft tree that was leaning towards my house. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly careful. They clearly prioritized safety and took the time to explain their process. The Monster Tree Service crew was timely, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about their own responsibilities, as well as those of their fellow crew members. They all had a healthy respect for the heavy equipment they used for the job. They went above and beyond their assigned tasks, even removing some litter from my yard that was there prior to their arrival. They even cleared a path of snow from my deck so I could step out unimpeded. I highly recommend this company. Their quote was highly competitive. The owner was extremely knowledgeable about the giant oak trees that were pruned. I will definitely call them again for any tree services I may have in the future.
Really impressed by the professionalism of the crew that came to trim my trees. Company had all necessary equipment, including a 72' man-lift. Crew also had one tree trimmer who climbed when necessary, using appropriate safety devices. Excellent job of cleaning up when done. Pricing was competitive with the other two firms who bid, but Monster Tree personnel seemed much more experienced and professional, and had better equipment. Highly recommend.
