Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us informed, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The crew was reliable and professional, always showing up on time and ready to work.
They also did a great job coordinating with our paver contractor, which made the whole project run smoothly without any stress on our end. On top of all that, they’re just genuinely nice people who care about their clients and their work.

A company that does what it says in the timeline it set with quality at every step - that’s what Monster Home Services gave when building a 330 sq ft sunroom extension on our house. We’ve had many renovations over the years as we’ve moved, but this was by far the best process start to finish.
Absolutely love my screened in deck! It’s my new favorite room in my house! Nate and Lee Ann were a pleasure to work with. I did a lot of shopping around and Monster Home Services was by far the most reasonably priced and so incredibly responsive to all my questions and requests. My neighborhood has HOA requirements, which they dealt with as well as all building permits required, making it as painless for me as possible. I spend half my time out here now! Prior to hiring Monster Patio, I had signed a contract with another company. As an afterthought, I decided to get a quote from someone else so I found Monster online. I only had a small window to cancel with the first company and Nate accommodated the tight timeframe and was able to get me a quote for $10k less than the other company. Nate and his team also came out to do the install over a month sooner than the other guy. Experience was wonderful and would definitely recommend!

Horrible to work with. From the start it felt shady. Upon initial contact they did not meet their reservations for arriving when they said they would for the estimate. Once we received HoA approval I was never given a start date. After extracting that from them, the day of, nobody showed up. I messaged the organization for it to be read and not replied to. Would not recommend and they're not veteran friendly.
We had an amazing experience with Nate and his whole team! We are in love with our new screened patio! His guys who fixed & extended our existing cement pad, and his guys who installed the patio, were amazing to work with, and so friendly, they did a beautiful job! I am so glad we chose Nate and team!! Highly recommend!

Slow to no communication or follow-up
Beware of slow to no communication and/or follow-up. I got my patio covered with Monster and have had a reoccurring problem with a flood light they installed on the patio cover. It's been a poor experience ever since.
For the fourth time the light has flooded and trips the circuit every time you flip the switch. The last time they fixed it, it took over 5 weeks and several texts/call from me for them come out since the initial contact starting in January of 24'
I have repeatedly contacted the company (Nate) through calls and texts since 11/8/24. The last contact from them was the week before Thanksgiving saying someone would be by that Saturday (11/23/24). Well, that day came and went with no-show or call. All my calls and texts since then have gone unanswered and at this point (1/16/25) I assume they are not coming or maybe even closed the business (how would I know otherwise?).
It's a very frustrating situation for a customer to have a repeat issue of no fault of their own and not get a response from anyone.
