Slow to no communication or follow-up Beware of slow to no communication and/or follow-up. I got my patio covered with Monster and have had a reoccurring problem with a flood light they installed on the patio cover. It's been a poor experience ever since. For the fourth time the light has flooded and trips the circuit every time you flip the switch. The last time they fixed it, it took over 5 weeks and several texts/call from me for them come out since the initial contact starting in January of 24' I have repeatedly contacted the company (Nate) through calls and texts since 11/8/24. The last contact from them was the week before Thanksgiving saying someone would be by that Saturday (11/23/24). Well, that day came and went with no-show or call. All my calls and texts since then have gone unanswered and at this point (1/16/25) I assume they are not coming or maybe even closed the business (how would I know otherwise?). It's a very frustrating situation for a customer to have a repeat issue of no fault of their own and not get a response from anyone.
