Sophie did a great job programming a challenging, but achievable class. I like how she broke up the time into smaller segments — it made the 75 minutes fly by. The playlist was fun and the space is very nice, with cool lighting and a nice place to check in and get ready before entering the studio.

Coach Sophie was fantastic! She was positive and pushed us while also being professional and respectful. I appreciate that she skipped the annoying “pep talks” that have in the past turned me off of spin classes. She was especially great at helping newbies get oriented to the bike. I would take Sophie’s class every day if I could!

Sophie is an amazing instructor!! She was so great at explaining the different zones and sections of the workout. The music was also great! The 75 minutes FLEW by!!

Nice clear upbeat class, thx for help with clips. Nice rapport with members in room. A continuation of the Graviton vibe, positive, pushing you to do your best. Love the room too, has a little edge to it.
