We came here at 12pm on a Saturday for their bottomless brunch. First impressions of the place were good. Their decor and atmosphere definitely set the vibe, but unfortunately that’s all the good that can really be said about this place.
We came here for the bottomless sangrias, but it was difficult trying to get refills for our drinks. Either our glass gets taken away and disappears for 10+ minutes, or the server doesn’t even come around to see if we need anything else. Why are we paying $25 pp for bottomless drinks if it seems like such a chore for us to get refills?
If you’re someone who likes your steak rare to medium rare, don’t get the food options that include steak. It was well done but I was just whatever about it because I figured that’s just their standard.
They also mention that they validate the parking ticket that you get from parking at the garage that’s close by. We got the sticker but still paid $17 so that was pretty pointless.
On top of all that they add an automatic 18-20% gratuity to your bill, regardless of if you’re a party of one or of twenty. I definitely would’ve tipped less based off the service received today. Cute vibes, poor service and food. I would definitely go elsewhere
The food was fresh and the portions were good. I ordered the calamari and burger with fries and rice and peas. The burger was cooked to order with ground beef and not a frozen patty, which we love. The drinks were perfect—not too sweet yet flavorful. They have a great specialty drink menu so everything was good! Daniela was our server—super friendly and pleasant. Thank you, Daniela!!
