With Modern Auto Brokers, I never have to play the game again. No more personality-disorder tennis with the sales manager. No more waiting for the rep to talk to the sales manager. No more sitting and sitting in the dealership declining vending-machine coffee and wondering how long you'll be there. No more listening to dialog tracks. No more getting hustled.
I don't know what you get paid per hour, but that's worth a grand to me all day long, and that's before taking into account that Z and his team paid for Modern Auto Brokers' reasonably priced service multiple times over. When F&I came back with an interest rate that looked OK-ish, I sat back and watched my broker sic the poor finance manager. That saved $1,800. MAB found over a thousand dollars off a no-negotiation deal that was on "final markdown." Hey, can I get this car delivered for free 50 miles away? No problem. It's on the "We Owe" slip. (The We Owe slip is a sheet of paper upon which most dealers like to write, "Nothing promised. Nothing owed," but it can also contain things like dealer-added options and delivery details.)
I really wish I knew about Z and his team at MAB before I burned half my work week getting my mom into a car two months ago, which is to say even if I had to pay full MSRP, I'd still hire MAB.
My deal was complicated and out of state. There were a million ways for things to go wrong, but nothing did. I asked for the car to be delivered to my hotel at 9 a.m., and my phone was ringing at 9:03. The porter told me there was zero paperwork left to do and simply handed me the keys. I drove off AMAZED at how easy everything was. I have bought many cars in many different ways, and this was the easiest vehicle purchase I ever made by far---including the times I've given guys stacks of hundred-dollar bills in my driveway on a handshake.
Along the way, Modern Auto Brokers was in constant contact. To say they were attentive would be damning with faint praise. Did you have a question by text or email? I expected a pretty quick answer but not immediate answers over and over again. Saturday? Sunday? Late? Early? Even when I sent emails to avoid bugging MAB after hours, I came away with the impression that no one at Modern Auto Brokers sleeps or takes any days off.
In real life I'm a hard-nosed person with very high standards. When a rep messed up the delivery of my new SUV in 2017, I got him fired. I've been in the box with F&I countless times helping family members with car purchases. But I don't need another job, and neither do you. Let Modern Auto Brokers take this unpleasant task off your plate. They have my highest recommendation, and I'm a huge pain in the ass.

This is only the second review I write, but Z absolutely deserves one...
He’s now helped 4 members of my family get 5 cars (I was the most recent), and every single experience has been outstanding. He didn’t just get me a good deal, he got me a deal in a car I genuinely didn’t think was possible, and he made it happen in just a couple of days. Before that, he also brought me multiple solid options to choose from. Thanks to him I'm now driving a car I know I know I wouldn't be otherwise.
What really sets him apart though is everything that happens after the deal. It’s been about a month, and he’s still in constant communication and following up. I had a flat tire issue last week, and he actually stepped in, called the shop himself, spoke to the manager, and got me a $200 discount on the tire.
