Thanks for reaching out — we’re sorry to hear this. After checking our records, we couldn’t locate an account or subscription linked to your details, and it appears no service was ever delivered by us. Furthermore, we couldn't find any of your details in our communication logs with customers, meaning you haven't spoken to us at all yet.
To clarify: yes, we do require families to create an account and complete payment details during the sign-up process — this allows us to assign a dedicated tutor and activate support for your child. However, charges are only processed once the account is confirmed and services are scheduled.
It’s possible there’s been a mix-up with another provider, but we’re happy to help investigate. Please contact us directly at 0435 122 677 or info@modedu.com.au and we’ll look into it immediately.

Love the scope of subjects and structure covered with modedu for my son in high school. 1:1 sessions, tailored lessons are really useful. You can also access the tutors for assignment reviews and such and it is really helpful with quick turnaround times. It is a bit pricey, it’ll be an investment worth considering.
