What made the service even better was the fact that he travelled directly to my house to carry out the repair, which was incredibly convenient and saved me the hassle of having to travel or be without my phone for days. Having someone come to my home and complete the repair professionally made the whole experience much easier and far more comfortable.

He was amazing, answered all of my questions, came to me at a time that suited me, he was early, my phone was fixed and returned to me at no time at all on my drive. Called mobile screen fix and Paul was very helpful. My phone was on but the screen was black and unresponsive and could not be used. Paul ordered a new screen and within 24 hours he had the part and replaced it and all is working fine now. Would recommend them as they come to you which is really useful.

I've used this company twice and both times received excellent customer service! After my iPhone took an unfortunate tumble, Paul was able to come first thing the next morning and repair it in about 10 minutes for half the price of anywhere else. Genuinely can't recommend them enough.

I was happy. My phone screen had gone pink with green stripes either after the screen was dropped and cracked or after I used it in the rain (not sure which). Paul came to the door, took my phone to his van parked in front of our house, and then came back with it fully working again, screen changed, within about 20 minutes. He was polite, friendly, confident he could mend it, competent and successful!
