Drivers are routed, containers are staged, and other deliveries often get moved around to make room. Because of that planning, we have a standard cancellation fee when an order is canceled last-minute, especially the night before delivery. That fee is mentioned in multiple places: on our website, on the online quote system, in the scheduling confirmation email our customers receive, and in the rental agreement. I completely understand how frustrating unexpected charges can feel, and we never want a customer to be surprised. We pride ourselves on transparency and direct communication with every customer.
We understand that circumstances change. Even though we weren't required to, we offered to apply a partial credit toward a future rental to help work with you—we genuinely wanted to find a solution that would ease the situation.
