Overall I was very happy with both the results and the experience in utilizing MN Garage Door. Carter handled everything related to our new garage door and door opener replacement very well. It's clear that Carter is someone that has a passion for garage doors, and we couldn't be happier with our new door. While the opener (one of the fancy side-mount LiftMasters) had some initial hiccups with random activation, Carter was very quick to come back out and help us reset it and try and ensure that it was fully addressed.
I would certainly recommend MN Garage Door to anyone that's looking for a high-quality experience in both the customer experience and the results of the work itself. I think they're a great local company that I would trust with any future garage-related work that we have, or that our neighbors ask us to recommend.

I always aim to support a smaller business with integrity and excellent quality. I scheduled my first garage tune up after moving into an older house. At first, there was a few missed opportunities of appointments due to staff constraints, home improvement expos and scheduling software issues. However, the team was able to make sure they cleared up any conflicts ahead of time to ensure a proper scheduled appointment.
Carter arrived and introduced him and explain what he’ll be looking for. After the full inspection and tune up, he documented all his findings with photos and showed me in person of the existing issue, which was needing to replace the old opener. He had his estimates priced out, which I believed was a very good price, and luckily he had an available opener in his truck to install right then and there.
In a short amount of time he installed the new opener and tested it, with the old unit already hauled away. He ensured I had all my questions answered and walked me through how the new opener works.
Carter had a great attitude and worked very efficiently and I was impressed on the quality service he provided.
I highly recommend MN Garage Door for anyone and I will be reaching back out to them for future work!
