Hi Jaydon, I’m sorry for ending our conversation before you had a chance to finish. When you called you mentioned wanting to get straight to the point, vented your frustrations and said, “ anyways I just want to let you know we are not going with you guys.” I took this as the conversation was over, said Ok and ended the call. I did laugh in the process because your actions caught me by surprise. To be honestly with you, I though you where calling because you and your fiancé had changed your minds about making a reservation and needed some help. I’m still don’t understand your review, as, I am the only person that handles our inquires. For your statement to happen, I would have had to reach out to multiple employee and ask them to harass your fiancé about not spending enough money. In my 20 years of being in business, I have not tried this sales technic, and guessing it would not work. I also understand weddings are expensive and finding where to invest your money can be overwhelming. I can also see how my message about why DJs charge what they do can be taken out of context. But it is the truth in every aspect of life. The more invested your are in something the better the experience with be. Now that does not mean you can’t be happy spending less and I would never tell anybody that they are getting a poor DJ if they do. I simple tried to express our value, as your fiancé was comparing pricing I’m sorry for your frustrations and I’m sure you’re going to be happy with whoever your DJ my be!
