Just had Solar panels at battery installed at my place. The team at MLEC were very organised regarding rebates, timing etc. Made everything very easy. Matt and his team came yesterday and did the install and it all seems to be working nicely, which you can track on the app. Will see how it goes in the next few years, but so far I cannot complain at all

Professional company that provided excellent service from start to finish & beyond, with follow up to check all had gone smoothly and we were happy with installation….& we were!
I loved that there was nothing to pay upfront. We didn’t pay a cent until the installation actually occurred and we knew exactly how much that would be.
We dealt with Reuben to get quotes. He and MLEC were recommended to us by a few people we knew which gave me confidence knowing others I know and trust had dealt with them. I checked out numerous reviews which were also extremely positive.
Reuben came out to the property to explain things and work out the best place to install our new solar battery and inverter. (Other companies I got quotes from didn’t come out in person as they were based interstate. They just look at Google maps & photos you provide of your home to decide where to best put it - which weren’t the best options for us but for them).
Reuben explained things thoroughly and provided plenty of information with the quotes to help us decide. He was not at all pushy (unlike one company I dealt with) and we didn’t feel rushed in making a decision.
Once we decided to go ahead, he applied on our behalf for the government grants we were entitled to and walked us through the interest-free WA government loan we were taking out to fund the majority of the costs. Everything was so simple to process and arrange.
Once everything was organised and approved we were contacted with an install date that was much sooner than we had initially thought it would be, which was a bonus.
Communications with MLEC was extremely professional, be it phone calls, texts or emails, with reminders and notice given.
The team of three who did the install were friendly, polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They helped set up and show how to use the app which shows real time data on solar generation, how much energy we are consuming, how much is going into our battery and how much it has stored, and how much we are importing or exporting to the grid. I also love knowing that we now have battery backup at the click of a switch in case of power outages.
I could not be more impressed with every aspect of MLEC and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking solar energy options.

My Sales Consultant was Dylan Alremmahi and I was sold a 10kW Solar Panel with Inverter and a 15 kW Battery. I was initially sceptical about needing such a large Panel install, but Dylan assured me MLEC Solar has taken into consideration my needs and potential future needs. On the day of writing this review, my area in Ferndale has had no power since 7:30am yesterday and will not have the power back on until 6:30pm today. Having the Power Backup has been invaluable as I work from home and MLEC had advised and installed the needed circuit backups I need for my specific requirements. Furthermore, I now have Lodgers in my house, so the selection of 10kW was actually suiting my new lifestyle. I am very happy with the responsiveness from the MLEC team and the aftercare and this Solar Panel and Battery System has exceeded my expectations greatly.

I loved how there was no pressure once quoted, no harassment with constant phone calls and emails to sign up with them, was one of the many selling points.
