Lost my father in Oct and had to sell his house. Within a week I had to get this process started. Peter and some other attorneys were recommended to me and I called all of them. Peter was the only attorney to get on the phone and listen to my story. Moving forward some issues arose but Peter and his top notch staff were on top of it, keeping me informed and personally promptly answering any call or email. Anyone selling a house that doesn’t use Peter Martin is doing themselves a great disservice.
