I recently held a bachelorette party for my friend at Kobo Jewellery and they couldn’t have been kinder to us. From the many emails back and forth patiently answering my questions to the day of, being so extremely kind and helpful. It was truly a 10/10 worthwhile workshop and we had so much fun! the entire experience was extremely satisfying. From the initial design consultation to the final product delivery, the staff at kobo demonstrated high professionalism and patience. The craftsmanship of the ring is exquisite, with every detail handled perfectly, completely meeting my expectations. I particularly want to highlight their excellent customer service. The team was very friendly and helpful, offering many practical suggestions during the design process, which made the final product even more perfect. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend kobo to anyone looking to custom-make a ring.

Hsin was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the entire process, helping us with all the questions we had! Our experience was very phenomenal, and there was no need to be afraid that our handicraft skills were not good enough, as the local instructors would be guiding every step, and making minor amendments to correct as necessary. We opted to have a silver casting of our ring so that we could make our own custom designs, then to be sent to the craftsmen in Japan to complete the final product in Champagne Gold. Really looking forward to the final product, but even our silver casting rings look great already! Thanks KOBO Team and especially Hsin!

Nice experience！ I really enjoyed the session and it’s wonderful to make our own design and texture. Our instructor was very patient and helpful!

It was an interesting and amazing ring making workshop in Singapore, it located 7 mins from Chinatown MRT station. The staff Jia Xi was very impressed to guide us (only 2 of us in class) through the whole experience with no pressure. The workshop is clean and tidy, there got 10 mins break and provided free snacks as well. Strongly recommended anyone who would like to make their own ring.

Edelyne went the extra mile assisting us when choosing our wedding band. There were so many nice designs, but she made it so easy for us to choose by being so accommodating and thorough with the explanation. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend this place to our loved ones!

fiance and i chose to get our wedding bands at fujimori kajita after finding out about them on instagram, the service was impeccable and everything was explained in detail to us. we chose from one of designs provided and customised it alittle. they offer full customisation as well! the rings were made in japan within a month and received them so fast! they are as beautiful as i imagined. thank you for the beautiful rings and service 🤍

The workshop was awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff, after asking I was even allowed to stay and watch the gemstone setting and she explained every step in detail to me.

Very English speaking friendly! Walked us through every step from picking out the rings we wanted to crafting them. Very helpful when we messed up. Our rings turned out beautiful and the experience was so worth it.

Jia Xi and Hsin were very patient and helpful in guiding the entire experience to create our own unique ring. It was insightful, fun and definitely an experience to do with your friends or loved ones!

Amazing experience for non-japanese speaking persons. Kazuki was an awesome guide through the process of making our beautiful wedding bands! He was very patient, detail oriented, kind and positive. Best date ever!

It was a 10/10 experience for me and my partner at KOBO! Our instructor Jia Xi gave very clear instructions and was very patient with us, guiding us step by step through the ring making process. We had lots of fun creating our personalised rings. Highly recommended activity for couples!
