Fruit rotten, veggies spoiled, beverage spilled all over content. For that kind of money you would think they value your membership more. First order was the last. Cancelled everything and now waiting on refund. Not worth the time, nor your money.

The vegetables they sent me were spoiled. The potatoes were soft and bacteria infected. Even if nothing was spoiled it cost double what it would cost you in the store. I paid 50 bucks for 10 bucks worth of products. I would warn you to stay away.

I placed items in the cart though I was not ready to commit to those items thus I did not proceed with checking out. Imagine my surprise when I received notification that my “order” had been delivered. Say what?! I received no email confirmation of a purchase or that my “order” was being prepared. When I contacted Misfits through email I received the excuse about it being a subscription service and to check my spam folder for the order confirmation. Strange that the email notification about delivery didn’t go to spam but somehow an email I’m told was sent at 444am about order confirmation may have gone to spam. I saw nothing in the items received that screamed misfit. Yes, I kept the delivery- too much hassle to have to go through to get them to come back and take back the delivery. I’ve done several subscription type services over the years BUT I have always had to process or finalize an order before being sent anything and there has always been a confirmation received. Misfits wants to stake their right to process an order based on it’s a subscription service thus can charge you. They’ll tout “organic” though there are no identifiers to prove this as fact. They’ll use a “default” tip for the delivery driver and though you may not have finalized an order that exceeds the amount to receive free shipping - you’ll get dinged their shipping charge. Not impressed and not only canceled but deleted my account altogether with them Caveat Emptor

I've just received my first order today and although I don't agree with how companies waste things for cosmetic purposes this is not the option sadly... For more than $45 I received three apples one Ginger one cucumber and a bag of Nana bread along with probably a $3 pack of toffee broken almonds so I'm not going to gravitate to using this company again the experience was bad I don't feel I got my money's worth if it's stuff that's going to be wasted why are you charging so high for each item why did almost nothing come in this box sorry that's just not going to resolve the problem for me I can't try to help so things aren't wasted but also allow a company to rob me it was more expensive than whole foods literally

All of a sudden I have an order at my door. I picked out a few things but never checked out. Half of the things in the order, I don‘t eat and absolutely did not put them in my cart. I told them I’d pay for the stuff I would use and cancel my subscription. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with the rest of the stuff and the ice packs and thermal bags. Never have I ever heard of any bs like this.

Terrible! I tried it for a year. Rarely did I receive a box that didn't have something crushed, open or torn containers, seeping meat juices or unripe nasty vegetables. Don't waste your money! No customer service phone number. I'm through.

We created one order with Misfits and will not create another. My family went thru everything they have to offer on the site. Carefully picking and choosing only to get a random box with nothing we ordered or want. We made sure to order over $70 in food for free shipping and find they gave us a $35 order and charged $6.99 shipping. Messaged twice for help before the box shipped and got no reply. No phone number for customer service just a message service that ignored us. Welp I'm done with this company.

Hi my name is Kim and I’m in California. I’m knew and have ordered from Misfits 3 times. Wow am I impressed. The food, ranging from their meats to snacks are top rated. I have used this store to replace Sprouts and I’m beyond impressed. As a single mom and working professional it’s important my family and I eat well and Misfits assured me of that. Scam business. I created an account, because I could not see the pricing without doing so. After seeing the pricing, too high, not going to work for me. Low and behold 3 days later a get a notification that my order is on its way. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I smell a lawsuit for them.

Buyer beware!!!! I signed up for the subscription service through Misfit Market, but ultimately decided to pursue a different mailing service. I cancelled my upcoming order and did not add any items to my cart for future orders. One night, I get a notification from MM that they have ‘received my order’ and I get a charge on my card for items I did not order. When reviewing my emails, I notice that they have filled my cart for me and placed the order. I am dumbfounded that MM thinks this is an acceptable business model - to fill customer’s baskets and charge them without their consent, and that it is the consumer’s responsibility to intervene within a certain number of days to stop it. When I look at my basket, many of these items I am unable to eat, as for my dietary restrictions. This is a twisted way of doing business!!!

Misfits Market to me isn't worth the price you pay. I just canceled my account for the 3rd time because when I thought I canceled the first 2 times apparently it didn't work and I have gotten 2 orders I didn't want and now I find out this morning I was charged yet again. I DO NOT recommend this company. Apparently they're desperate to get your money when even canceling your account doesn't work.

They tried to scam me too I never consented to an order yet they tried to Bill me for it even though I never received anything. 3 years later and they continue to try to run it through my credit card even though I have blocked them. They will do it in the middle of the night thinking I won't catch it but my credit card companies sends me a lot of pictures and that they had blocked them. Stay away from them
